I love KD! I got to ride I305 after the reprofile, but it was still a solid as fuck coaster. Volcano was great too.

My favorite park of all time is Knoebels though. There's just something magical about that park that my local parks can't match (my local parks are Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World)

Volcano's line takes forever to get through even after the modification. And personally even though it's a rare type of coaster (inverted LIM full circuit launch) it becomes less special after you ride it a hundred or so times.

And I haven't actually been to any other CF park besides KD surprisingly. Though I have visited some off-the-radar parks so to speak such as Silver Dollar and Mt. Olympus.

If you're ever up near Boston, you have to swing by Canobie Lake. It's about a 30-45 mins. north of the city. Criminally underrated park. Great food, friendly staff, and a kickass woodie. You won't be disappointed.

I live in Orlando, and I'm sick of the major parks. Busch Gardens and Sea World are the only major parks I like.

Fun Spot America is also a hidden gem. Its very small, but has a kickass woodie and great flat rides. Hell, one day I got bored so me and a friend spent the day marathoning White Lightning. I clocked in 101 rides that day, which according to the ride op was a park record at the time.

Oh wow, same people who designed the Rebel Yell! I did check out their site and I would have to agree with you on that. Great mix of old and new coasters and rides. Though I don't have any future plans to go to Boston but maybe an opportunity will arise one day because it doesn't look bad at all.

You should check out Knoebels in PA. They have one of the best woodies on the planet, also by PTC called the Phoenix. The airtime and fast paced nature of the ride makes it my second favorite of all time (favorite being El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure)

Isn't Knoebels free to go to? I heard somebody say that before that as long as you're staying in the resort or campgrounds then it is already tied into the cost of staying on the site.

And Pennsylvania is probably the state that I have visited the most parks in. Lakemont and Delgrossos were always the parks my family liked going to the most since they were cheap and nothing too enormous.

I don't see many bronies but when the CCG was new I decided to go to a card shop to try it. I expected power levels to be shown, but it was the first time I got the full blast of it. People in pony shirts and wearing pony ears, someone brought a boombox or whatever and was playing music from the show, I got asked who my favorite pony was more times than I kept track, etc.

The games went pretty okay, until one game against this guy with long hair. Another couple of players called a card shop employee over to ask about a rule, and she quickly responds and walks over. As she walks by us my opponent responds under his breath something to the effect of "Wow, a girl who knows how to play a game."

I'm hardly some white knight but just the way it was said was so blatant and vehement that it shocked me. I dunno, I guess I'm more used to it on the internet than real life.

Anyway I never went to a card store again. I still collect the cards for fun though.
