Have you ever experienced Cringe in real life from a Brony?
>Be me a few years ago
>Working at a theme park
>My job is to wear the Snoopy costume (it was a Cedar Fair park)
>My job involved greeting guests, posing for pictures, hugging kids, etc
>Was greeting guests and posing for photos at park opening
>A fucking neckbeard wearing a fedora came up with his mom and dad
>He was holding fucking MLP plushes
>He wanted to take a pic with me, with me holding one
>Wonders if the plush is a cum rag and will stain my costume
>After the picture, he fucking hugged me
>My supervisor was with me, so I had to hug back
>Cedar Fair mascot worker
I feel so bad for people who have to work in those costumes all day, especially when they have to deal with shit like that. You poor motherfucker. What park, just out of curiosity? The Point? Dorney?
Jesus, I'm sorry suitguy.
My life is a lot more boring.
>go to tabletop gaming store
>dm and his brother wear mlp shirts
>no one brings it up
>using my ipad to look up rules
>lock screen is pic related
>dm's brother thinks it's lich-on-pony clop at first glance
>horror races across my mind
>he takes a second look and realizes what it is
>life goes on as normal
My pony related spaghetti is minor in comparison
I love KD! I got to ride I305 after the reprofile, but it was still a solid as fuck coaster. Volcano was great too.
My favorite park of all time is Knoebels though. There's just something magical about that park that my local parks can't match (my local parks are Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World)
I've ridden it before and after they redid it and I have to say there is a slight difference. Though it still reaches its max speed and blackouts are still very common, weird how it is turning six this year.
Volcano's line takes forever to get through even after the modification. And personally even though it's a rare type of coaster (inverted LIM full circuit launch) it becomes less special after you ride it a hundred or so times.
And I haven't actually been to any other CF park besides KD surprisingly. Though I have visited some off-the-radar parks so to speak such as Silver Dollar and Mt. Olympus.
If you're ever up near Boston, you have to swing by Canobie Lake. It's about a 30-45 mins. north of the city. Criminally underrated park. Great food, friendly staff, and a kickass woodie. You won't be disappointed.
I live in Orlando, and I'm sick of the major parks. Busch Gardens and Sea World are the only major parks I like.
Fun Spot America is also a hidden gem. Its very small, but has a kickass woodie and great flat rides. Hell, one day I got bored so me and a friend spent the day marathoning White Lightning. I clocked in 101 rides that day, which according to the ride op was a park record at the time.
>Philly Toboggan Comp.
Oh wow, same people who designed the Rebel Yell! I did check out their site and I would have to agree with you on that. Great mix of old and new coasters and rides. Though I don't have any future plans to go to Boston but maybe an opportunity will arise one day because it doesn't look bad at all.
I've only been to Busch Gardens and rode Gwazi before it was kill. What I always found funny was that since I am closer to Virginia I have never been to the one in Williamsburg but I've been to the one in Tampa.
That Skyplex complex about to go up soon looks like a Knex set.
You should check out Knoebels in PA. They have one of the best woodies on the planet, also by PTC called the Phoenix. The airtime and fast paced nature of the ride makes it my second favorite of all time (favorite being El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure)
I swear I've seen it posted before, though, but yeah.
Isn't Knoebels free to go to? I heard somebody say that before that as long as you're staying in the resort or campgrounds then it is already tied into the cost of staying on the site.
And Pennsylvania is probably the state that I have visited the most parks in. Lakemont and Delgrossos were always the parks my family liked going to the most since they were cheap and nothing too enormous.
It is a funny image, but the colors mesh terribly for a lock screen wallpaper. I shouldn't have studied color theory because now minor things like that trigger me.
it would be a favor to be saved from this sinful website
or im contributing to the thread with the weekly cringe i go through
you will never get off the ride
>greentexting the post number
Well THAT'S not how you reply, faggot :DD
You are a faggot for trying to distract from your mistake. Obviously the guy responding to you understood what you wee trying to say, and responded insulting your mistake as some playful banter. Know you will be more careful in not making the same mistake again. Get over it.
You are a faggot for not understanding that he made a mistake in posting and thinking he is "pretending to be retarded" when he wasn't. It was a dumb mistake and you pointed it out, but he isn't "trolling". Not everything is bait. Get over it.
But nah, I get that triggering from my studies too. I just like the image too much to change it
desu i completely forgot im supposed to be 18 so r.i.p me when the mods find my ass
im 18 in two months so mods pls
Don't forget to never come back, we don't need more underage cancer.
>panty and stocking
>underaged know-nothing whore
>be me last summer
>Taking a stupid psychology class to get the last credit I need to be done with community college
>See a guy wearing a white fluffy tail enter the room
>he sits next to me
>Some fat fedora sits next to him
>Teacher tells everyone to get knowing each other
>First thing tails brings up is his furry shit
>fedora is triggered
>He starts spewing pony
>The two dudes have a whole discussion comparing the two
>Fedora gets angry when tails calls pony a "subdivision of furry"
>He asks teacher to moves seats
>teacher says no
>I get up and move across the room without a word
>Be me, "normal" brony
>Walk to class at uni, see this guy
>Leather jacket, apply family shirt, neck beard, kinda fat and blue dyed hair
I stared at him for like a good 5 seconds in utter disbelief.
He literally only needed the fedora.
I almost want to ask if we're thinking of the same guy, but it isn't.
>Guy looks exactly like Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys, except with hair reaching down to his cheeks and clearly has the Downs
>Wears an open leather trench coat and a matching wide-brimmed fedora
>and a mane six t-shirt with it
>at a party
>guy walks in
>looked like he's never seen a hairbrush in his life
>or a toothbrush for that matter
>looked like he was on meth
he was making fun of you for saying >be me, dude.
Who else would you be?
I don't see many bronies but when the CCG was new I decided to go to a card shop to try it. I expected power levels to be shown, but it was the first time I got the full blast of it. People in pony shirts and wearing pony ears, someone brought a boombox or whatever and was playing music from the show, I got asked who my favorite pony was more times than I kept track, etc.
The games went pretty okay, until one game against this guy with long hair. Another couple of players called a card shop employee over to ask about a rule, and she quickly responds and walks over. As she walks by us my opponent responds under his breath something to the effect of "Wow, a girl who knows how to play a game."
I'm hardly some white knight but just the way it was said was so blatant and vehement that it shocked me. I dunno, I guess I'm more used to it on the internet than real life.
Anyway I never went to a card store again. I still collect the cards for fun though.
im am so sorry
