So, I was messing with the nvidia settings on my second monitor, trying to get the colors just right. I realized that the RG balance on it was just a bit off, so I started messing with the hue setting to correct that.
Long story short, my hand slipped and I managed to set the hue to 180° off normal. Which, in case you don't know, is basically a total color inversion.
At any rate, I may or may not use MLP R34 to calibrate my screens, shit's colorful yo. Anyway, once I noticed what I did, I just started browsing through the rest of my folder. Thought you guys might appreciate looking at MLP from the other side of the color wheel as well.
>ITT, we invert the colors on our monitors and look at Ponies, discuss results
>Note, setting your hue 180° off is not the same as a full screen inversion, it's more a palette swap. Black should still be black and white should still be white, only only affects colors. Not going for creepy Ponies here, just alter ego aesthetics.
I noticed that some Ponies maintain their general aesthetic while some look like shit when you invert them. I also noticed how few Ponies have blue and green colors in their schemes, definitely appreciate Rainbow Dash's design a bit more knowing that.
Also, Applejack is basically an inverted Trixie...
Friendly OP bump
Also, dem eyes...
How much do you want to bet that we can convince the internet that inverted RD is actually Hsad Wobniar, the main character of the Saudi Arabian spin off of MLP:FiM?
She is a fierce advocate of women's rights and social equality. She makes a living off of her performance art, Including street performances that empower the female gender.
I want to see the world burn, Anon. I want to see it go up in a spontaneous conflagration of anal wreckage...
Anon, if we do personalities for one of them, we have to do them for ALL of them...
>Hsad Wobniar, the main character of the Saudi Arabian spin off of MLP:FiM
dont start that shit, its not canon no, but if someone wants to imagine, let them
Put the emphasis on the quiet part and I would have to agree.
Basically, what I'm saying is that they would be the same Ponies and have the same interests, but they would go about those interests and carry themselves in a different way.
Like a hue'd Ponk would still want to make everyone laugh and smile, but she might do it in a different way. Instead of being absurd to the point of ridiculous, she could be a thoughtful comedian. She could embrace what's wrong with life, instead trying to fight against it she could draw contrast to it and make it funny. Kinda like real comedians do, take the punch out of life by hitting you in the gut as hard as they can with a cheap, dirty laugh.
>she could be a thoughtful comedian. She could embrace what's wrong with life, instead trying to fight against it she could draw contrast to it and make it funny
I want a George Carlin Ponk.
They make me think of poison and death.
I don't know if that's just me being fucked up, or if it's because they are the color of poisonous plants and animals. Probably a bit of both.
Colour Inversion Cutie Mark Crusaders!
Any pone in particular?
