I have a few questions for the female fans of pony. Do you enjoy the clop this fandom produces? What scenarios arouse you the most? Do you have a particular character you identify with?
>>29880851
Female is not one of the available genders on this website, anon.
>>29880851
Is this the new 'What does your gf think of the show' thread(s)
>>29880851
There are no females on mlp
I think I'm going to like our new mommies...
>>29880805
You're in the wrong place at the wrong time.
>>29880816
How so?
>>29880805
>Blocks your path
These ponies aren't cute, relatable or noteworthy anymore. Every reason you liked this show has been melting away for years and it's now hit an alltime low. Don't mind me, I'm just gonna watch this board's numbers shrink on the occasional graph posted on Derpibooru, that is if I ever go on again by the end of the year.
>>29880791
A thread died for this.

oh
ok
>>29880793
Probably another shit one but still 10x better than op's life.
Does the premise behind this episode just seem odd to anyone. Like why in the fuck would twilight think they needed to go on a team building exercise of all things. They've know eachother for fucking years and have saved the world together countless times, a team can't really get more built than that. It would have made more sense to take starlight and trixie with them, since they are more of the new comers and it would have made more sense for them to try and bound with the group. It just doesn't make any sense.
>>29880677
>Like why in the fuck would twilight think they needed to go on a team building exercise of all things.
That's the kind of thing Twilight would find fun, puzzles, etc
>>29880677
Because Twilight wants to keep her friends as far away from Starlight as possible for…some reason.
>>29880690
Exactly. And team-building exercises with your closest friends are beneficial too, even if you have known each other for so long.
I love when /mlp/ is angry about the season 7 premiere.
Name one reason why I should hate it too.
>>29880596
Because.
>>29880596
Because you're not on EQD, Derpibooru or reddit.
/mlp/ isn't angry. It's that one hyperactive newfag from reddit who can't stop making shitty threads for the last week or so.
I'm so jaded /mlp/, will the show the show ever be good again? Its just keeps getting worse and worse.
>>29880278
No.
>>29880278
Wait for the movie with the furry cats and S8 with Dusedau becoming a story editor.
>>29880344
Might as well go kill myself then.
My god this board is dead. First new episodes and barely any new threads about it. And this board is just as slow as the hiatus.
What happened to you horsefuckers? Where's the friendship spirit?
>>29880122
>barely any new threads
Oh, there were, alright. Are you blind?
>slow as the hiatus
Be glad it's not /b/ speed.
>What happened?
We moved on with life, either grew out or got fed up with the degradation of the show's quality.
>where's spirit?
It's still here. You just gotta dig deeper.
YES
LET IT ALL BURN
>>29880122
Its gone because the people who made the show special are gone. There are almost no veteran staff working on season 7. This premier was extremely weak, and the only silver lining in this shit cloud is Celestia getting some meaningful screentime, and the opening scene for All Bottled Up. Thats it.
>He didn't like the opening episode
>>29880084
>he liked the opening episode
>they like ponies

I'm sorry i didn't enjoy Glimmer shenanigans like you did
I'm sorry i didn't enjoy Twilights senseless worrying and fictional scenarios that could have beeen removed from the episode without losing naything important in the plotline or resolution
I'm sorry i didn't enjoy Discord fucking with Twilight for 79th time
I'm sorry i didn't enjoy forced tea cup memes
I'm sorry i didn't enjoy a generic song
I'm sorry i didn't enjoy another SoL episode that took the place of a season grand opener and expected some high quality animation with witty dialogues or more insightfull explorations of characters that weren't forced last season
>haven't watched the show in a few years
>hear S7 was coming out
>catch the premiere
>it's garbage
What the fuck?
>>29879885
Welcome to modern MLP, where Big Jim is at the helm of the ship, and the only destination is complete and utter garbage!
>>29879885
What did you expect? You wouldn't be up to speed on where the characters or story are, so you'd be confused and/or irritated either way. And even if not, 6 seasons are a lot of mileage, so there's bound to be some quality slips.
>>29879891
>Big Jim is at the helm of the ship
>Garble literally getting more screentime and lines than your favorite background pony
He didn't do anything wrong, he's just stupid. Well, Twilight thinks he's stupid.
>>29879829
He deserved to be dragonlord, that could be more interesting, having an aggresive regular antagonist with power than Ember the "I'm going to be apart and do nothing interesting" dragonlord.
I want to fuck Fizzles sweet little boipussy.
d-do you like my "MUH HONOR" emblems, /mlp/?
/vg/ didn't...

Zecora is a good girl
>>29879183
Too bad we won't see more of her in the show.

Niggers cant be good
>>29879197
Unlike niggers Zebras are cute.
So, I haven't watched the show since season 4's finale for various reasons. How much has the show changed? How has it improved? Should I start watching it again?
>>29879105
>Pls spoonfeed me guiz
Fuck off.
>>29879105
Overall it has been quite good. S5 was probably one of the best if not the best season.

"All I know about you dreamers, is that almost everyone here are acting like foals!" I answer as loudly as I can without actually shouting.
"You--"
"No, you!" I interrupt the knife. "You call everyone kids while acting like a Celestia damned teenager! And the most sane of you bunch is the Celestia damned cat!" Mirria and Rarity put their hooves in my withers.
"That's what grief usually does, yes." Sarim's ears flicker in annoyance, giving his sister a look.
"Sarim!"
"It's the true. I am patient as can be with you, Lud, but it's led you fall in this sorry state."
"I am not a teenager." The knife's voice, for once, is weak.
"Which means you don't even have that excuse. I worry for you, Ludwig. You are much too attached to things that aren't there anymore."
"Such as?" The knife's voice returns in strength, a challenge rather than a question.
"Purpose in life. Biggs." The name is said quietly.
"He's still alive." Says the knife defensively.
"Someone who refuses to communicate is worse than them being dead. You are dismissed, sister. Do think about my words."
"You don't get to--"
The wood of the windowsill grows branches, their foliage thick enough to hide the knife completely. When they go back into the woodwork, the knife isn't there anymore.
"And you, old pupil." Sarim turns back to Rubicon. "I expect you have things to say about the giant's make up."
"I--" Rubicon steps back, "I can't! I am the one who failed to teach him! I-- It's my responsibility to do something!"
>>29879103
It's your responsibility to fix things and you will have the best chance if you accept help. Surely you don't think you know better than everyone here put together.
>>29879141
"Rubicon, we can help you with it." Says Rarity.
"But it's my duty to-"
"And you won't share the weight?" Sarim interrupts him.
"I'd rather not, teacher." Says Rubicon after a moment.
"I find your lack of trust insulting." Says Sarim casually.
"I apologize, teacher."
"But you aren't sorry."
"I wouldn't lie to you, teacher." He answers quietly. "It's my weight to bear."
"The egocentrism of the depressive grows very tiring very quickly, pupil. Do try not to hear that part of yourself."
"I will, teacher."
"Well?"
"I..." Even that word seems to be one he has to torn from himself, "The giant is memetic entity into which I inserted an ego, teacher. I believe it's gained physical mass thanks to the earthbones somehow, and that might've given it the..." He looks at me for a moment, "The voice of the emperor."
"Context for those who don't have it, pupil..."
"The capacity to order life to even die. The only way I can think of to... terminate its existence would be to destroy its ego. To convince the dream, the living idea, that it doesn't exist."
"You yourself said it has flesh, pupil. Flesh that gives it undeniable existence."
"The body might be left as an empty shell, teacher. I've been told the giant has regenerative capacities... that might mean the underlying dream is still a separate entity that invigorates the flesh."
>>29880210
So then it doesn't have to die. It just has to have its physical body seperated from its true dream self. Can that be done? Can whatever the earthbones did be reversed? If we can return it to a dream then he would be harmless and you could try to help him instead of us having to end him.
So I was making a rice crispy cake earlier, getting ready for Easter tomorrow with the family. And I'm stirring the marshmallow fluff. And I think.
I like Pinkie. She's my favorite pony. I don't waifu but if I did, it'd be Pinkie.
But I realize. I don't like marshmallow frosting.
Can I even say I love a pony if I don't want her to shit marshmallow frosting on my face?
>>29879054
You don't have to like everything your waifu likes.
I don't even like apples, for example.
What matters is your love for your favorite imaginary cartoon horse.
>>29879169
>I don't even like apples, for example.
I eat like a fucking 7 year old with a 25 year supply of good boy points, and even I think that's outlandish.
>>29879054
More importantly, did you frost the cake with your butt?
