Place seems to be overrun with children, edgy. cringy /pol/sters, and overall just annoying Redditor-tier people. It's been bad since 2015, but there seems to have been a definite increase recently.

Seriously, /pol/ posts, edgelords, obvious kids, all of that is a part of 4chan culture you degenerate nigger. If you were really more than a year old on this site and browsed outside of this hugbox, you would know that.

No. People like who aren't even shitposting, just retarded, are who I'd like to see gone.

[1/2]
Greeting Phil and Peach and departing from the shack, you walk down the ever downtrodden streets, ones that seem to have a tinge of frost to them now. Everything seems to have this layer of coldness around it. The ground beneath your hooves feels as cold as the ice from Misty's house. Speaking of Misty, she walks silently by your side, head drowned in thought. You weren't sure whether it was the fact of what you said earlier, or the fact that you both would rather not bring any attention to the gigantic black cloud soon to be looming over the city.
You decide to break the silence.
“Misty?”
>Yeah?
“About back there, I didn't mean to make it sound like I don't want to tell ya my thoughts-”
>Hey, I get it Chance.
She rolls her weary eyes and smiles.
>You don't gotta worry about what I think. I get what you meant.
“Well you were acting a bit weird back there.”
>Was I?
“Mhmm.”
>Well don't worry your silly little head about it, alright? It wasn't because of you, I've just got a lot more to think than say lately. With the storm coming, with me thinking about what happened in that basement, with everything related to the Pitchurst, I've got a lot of stuff on my mind. So don't get all worried and think it was your fault, alright?
You sigh and nod.
“Alright.”
>Good. Now let's get to Pete's, shall we? Don't wanna keep the old bum waiting.
>>29311591
[2/2]
And keep him waiting you do not. The decrepit city grants you passage to Peter's relatively quickly, and after a short while you're back in Peter's room. His dark, creepy, terribly lit room. He speaks.
>Well. Checking the power once more, I see one more generator is running. So unless my equipment failed to function properly, I'm assuming you did your job. You have my thanks, even though you didn't have much of a choice.
“Thanks?”
>In any case, those last two jobs are still available. Who knows, I may even have more after those ones are done.
“Actually, I had an idea. Perhaps we could do both at the same time. We could head to the lighthouse where...what was his name again?”
>Wallace.
“Right. We could head to the lighthouse Wallace is at, pick him up, and take him back with us to scavenge the black cloud in the city. We'd have more room for stuff we picked up, and really, doing as much as we can before this storm hits is a pretty big priority right now.”
>Hm. Well, the way it gets done isn't a huge concern, as long as it does in fact get done. So if it's your choice to do both at the same time, so be it. I'm guessing you'd like some background info on Wallace and the other job, or would you rather just be on your way?
>>29311595
The background info is welcome. Also, we should tell him about the condition of the basement, incase he ever needs to send anybody else down there.
>>29311595
I'm concerned we won't be able to get to the lighthouse before the storm rolls in. We are not going to be caught in it.

It's all Faust's fault.
If she didn't storm off like a petulant child then maybe the show would not be awful now.
Maybe.
Does this mean that if I shitpost the idea of a "Nyx day" that eventually Seth will make a Nyx day once a year?
Been spamming his EqD comment section for one for ages until they removed anonymous commenting. Then I became too lazy to make a shitty socal media account.
P.S. If you are browsing this since you will do it for attention Seth, make a Nyx day.

Faust probably wanted the show to end before it got bad. Obviously Hasbro wouldn't allow that to happen.

It's no secret that fandom's thrive on a lack of storytelling, the "small ponies in a large and mysterious world" arc was entirely what sold the first season of the franchise into the hands of older viewers. It allowed fans to project their ideas and fantasies onto the characters in a way that they saw fit, this was done looking through the eyes of Twilight the main protagonist, studying under princess Celestia the demigod to learn about friendship.
That was the formula, and it worked.
This supports my theory as to why Twilight's ascension is the reason the show has lost the sense of immersion it once had.
TV shows full of weirdos and fantasy elements need someone with a neutral and grounded personality to help guide the viewer through the story, Twilight filled that role, through S1 and S2 she responded to characters in ways that mimicked the audience, like a form of building rapport.
The show lost many things in recent seasons, not all bad, but Twilight as the main protagonist was a big part of making the show as popular as it was.

Welcome to Equestrian Dungeon, the sequel to /mlp/ Tower. As in the last rendition of the game, the goal will be to get to the end of the segment or floor. Along the way, you will be able to keep items you find (and mischeviously bring along) in the Inventory, as well as work with a set number of players, dubbed "AnonPones," in the thread. AnonPones are created when a player joins the game. There are multiple interactive objects, such as switches, levers, giant metal springs, and the occasional undead or mechanical monstrosity that's out to kill your party. There are also many traps scattered throughout the floor, such as flamethrowers and bottomless pits, that also harm or kill your AnonPones. You have no floor diagram, alas "Flying Blind", and you will rely on
>Greentext parts of the story
to move along.
Version: 2.61

Three years.
Three years ago, it all started with this.
~~~~
>So, wait, why am Ah' a princess again?
>Because you seem to be the only goddamn one of those ponies who gets that a Princess need to do actual work regarding maintenance of the kingdom. You know how much city planning or trade negotiations Twilight or Luna have done? Fucking nothing. Everyone is obsessed with the world ending threats they think I should fight, but the minute I point out the free health care I have to work to maintain everyone goes quiet. And don't even get me started on Cadence, who can't even manage a basic meeting with the Equestrian Games representative. Fucking annoying. Go do actual princess stuff, because apparently everyone else got the pamphlets mixed up or something and thinks "Princess" means "Beat cop."
~~~~~
That's what set it all in motion, that's what got it all started.
Three years ago, something magical was planted, a single seed of joy that took root in the ground, and it grew, and grew, and grew.
To call what came next surprising doesn't do it justice. What happened next was a whole world sprouting up from a single wonderful, happy little thing, and all that came with it. Ups and downs, joy and sadness, action and tender moments, we've got it all and then some. And it all happened with a single little thing that made them smile.
Want to join into this wide world? Try a story, we every one big and small adds to this branch.
Want to give us a sketch or two? We'll love them all or give critique, don't worry about being fancy.
Want to know what this world is, how we made it three years, and where to begin? Come talk with us, we always love to see the orchard grow.
That we've lasted three years can't be called a surprise, it can't be called unexpected. It was something else entirely.
It was magical, and every one of you /pa/ls have made this magical tree what it is today.
Thank you, all of you, and here's to our tree growing ever further.

Welcome back to Nebula. Last time: You arrived at the second solar system. Where you find a nice water planet which you use to go on a date/picnic with Quiet Vine. But, at the end the two of you are interrupted by some strange semi-organic aliens. One of them killing itself in front of you. You go through the long process of dissecting it and find a chip in it with a video file showing that this race is genocidal, killing another race. You go to bed and wake up in the morning, having breakfast with Eagle and showing her a bit of the video. She react to it as you expect, and the two of you build the hazardous materials lab. The two of you play video games for some time before stopping. You find Quiet Vine has decided to do some dissecting of her own on the newly named: Reaper corpse, before having lunch.
Crew Members:
Rust Bucket (MC) (Electrician/Engineer) (Earth Pony)
Eagle (Mechanic/Army Reserves) (Pegasus)
Quiet Vine (Botanist/Zoologist) (Unicorn)
Fedot (Trader/Diplomat) (Diamond Dog)
"Sure. We can see what each canister can do," You say, "But, let's try to examine them first so we can figure out how to make them."
"They seem to be water," Quiet Vine comments, "Or... mostly water."
What do you do?
