Welcome back to Nebula. Last time: After spending one night at Cardea's the five of you head to the main government building to meet with their leader named: The Khan. He turns out to be a nice guy and gives you a ride to one of the Drazken's city. Where you buy a cool, little radio and a large blanket. You spend the rest of the day in a library learning more about the Drazkens. After spending a night at a local hotel you head out and get breakfast in the morning. This bringing a good amount of fear to Quiet Vine who panics when you're gone. The five of you then experience one of their holidays, getting to meet their main god: Drazorath. After that the five of you leave and head back to the ship, after getting a comm upgrade from The Khan. Eagle shows Cardea around the ship while you move your bed to be with Quiet Vine's. Where you "roll in the hay" with her for a while. You make a digital calendar before eating and going to bed with Quiet Vine.

After checking the catalog, only found a "last-X-you-Y-is-now-Z-in-equestria" prompt thread for music. I think it would be great if we could start a thread talking about the different music that we listen to that is pony related. We can discuss the music that we used to listen to when we just got on, what we currently listen to, share music that others may not have heard, and anything else pony-music related. Hopefully it's a thread that we can get behind somewhat, and help each other broaden our horizons in terms of the music that we see coming from the community, because I don't think any of of us have seen it all. Doesn't need to be a hyperactive thread, but a generally comfy thread to open up some links to hear some nice tunes when you need it.

Not sure how I can start it off, but I'll post my favorite song and a little bit about it. My favorite pony song is called "Chasing Fate" by Garrison Ulrich AKA 4EverfreeBrony. The instrumentation, lyrics, and solos of the song was really enjoyable to listen to, and was a nice break from all the EDM/house stuff that was also pretty popular. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQPOK7lg2FA. Another excellent song this guy made is called Through the Fields. It's a really nice acoustic song, just instrumentation. "A short name for a short bard, yes?" He asks, fluttering to perch on your hat.
"I guess." You head back inside and, after some hesitation, disconnect your bathtub from the drain and block its holes with a piece of rubber and abundant glue. Maybe it'll float.
"Not what one'd call a light ride." Herb perches on the border, looking at you quizzically.
"You go keep watch outside."
"That an order, captain my captain?"
"If you want." You shrug, giving a look to the objects in your bathroom. Nothing that'd work as a weapon, unless throwing tooth paste at people's eyes counts.
After some rummaging you decide to keep an old cane at hoof's reach, the idea of using knives for that turning your stomach.
"Dragon at twelve'o'clock!" Shouts Herb from the roof, "And us without a knight..."
You head outside just in time to see a gigantic claw stop your island home right in its tracks, making everything rattle, and a dragon look at you curiously as loud music streams from a gramophone on his belly.

"Hello?" The dragon doesn't seem to hear, so you shout it louder, "HELLO?"
The dragon nods quickly and opens his mouth, "Lir-- dr... he-llo." He says slowly and carefully. "Your tongue, difficult to... to say." He nods to himself, making a 'this small' gesture between two claws, "So tiny."
"WHAT ARE YOU HEARING?" You point at the gramophone.
"'Hearing'? I..." He mutters to himself quickly in a soft, rasping language, "Oh, the mu-sac?" He points at the gramophone. You nod, "I am hearing... can you now... not hear?"
"IT'S TOO LOUD!" You point at your ears, "CAN'T MAKE IT OUT!"
"Lewd? I... No... Oh, yes, yes." He grabs a dial on the gramophone and turns it delicately between two claws, lowering the volume. "Music of... of ponies, yes." His amiable smile is partially ruined by the amount of teeth involved. "Very good, yes."
"That's nice," You smile back, "How are you?"
"Polite... pleasantries?" The dragon seems amused. "You got... you have questions, for one old."
You nod and get to it, "Do you know what land is?"
"Land? Land... I..." He scratches his head, the movement sending waves that make the island shake, "The word... tastes? familiar, but... but I cannot seem to remember, what is... what is land?"
"It's this." You point down, "Only a lot of it."
The dragon holds the gramophone carefully to make sure it doesn't fall and lifts your home to inspect the ground carefuly, "This... this, silt?" He turns it, "Far away to... to the south, where the water isn't so deep... older, bigger dragons can stand on the tip... on the bottom of it... the bottom there is not that different, only... only grayer and more... more plastic when dry."

What you see here began as a series of comedy-centric stories with the concept of an alicorn-ascended Princess Applejack trying to change a mismanaged Equestria for the better by humorously interacting with the other, quite lazy, princesses.
Not to mention a whole bunch of Changelings with nothing better to do but cause mischief.
The whole thing was set in motion by this gem:
