>How to get into KR and where to start?
>List of subbed series:
>Kamen Rider Ghost Episode 18 Preview
>TENGAN! BANNO! MEGAULOAD! SUPERIOR MIND!
>TENGAN! BRAIN! MEGAULOAD! MEDIC REEEEEEEE!
>TENGAN! ZOL! MEGAULOAD! WOLF REICH!
>TENGAN! DORAS! MEGAULOAD! NEO ORGANISM!
>TENGAN! HOTHEAD! MEGAULOAD! GET HIM OUTTA HERE!
>TENGAN! ASSBLASTED ANON! MEGAULOAD! NO FUN ALLOWED!
>That rant defending Akari's honor against the Ganma.
>That bit where he dodged the Knife Ganma's shots Matrix-style for 5 seconds while manically laughing.
>Everything in that episode
Man fuck that bum Alan, Onari should be Necrom.
Notice that this is when Inoue's name appears in the credits.
>captcha makes me select rivers
No, because of all the effects they have to be hardsubbed. Plus Takenoko is a paranoid fuckwit and is afraid of subningers (implying anyone would want to steal his shit).
Use someone better like Over-time (unless you want to do a scrub of their stuff or something)
>Onari finds something while in some sort of ganma armory
>he grabs the thing and rushes to where Takeru and Makoto are fighting
>it's a black megauloader
>"TENGAN, KAMEHAMEHA, MEGAULOAD!"
>Onari is the fucking cancer killing this show
>Not the boring main and the awesome turned whiny secondary
>Not the main girl that contributes nothing to the show
You literally didn't, anon. If you even watched more than the first three minutes of the goddamn show, you'd know Onari does more than just scream. The only issue is he does everything WHILE screaming.
But that's not an opinion, it's an actual objective fact. He's saying Onari does nothing but scream, but that's completely false, and you can provide evidence to prove that. Onari's first act upon hearing the temple is under attack is to grab his staff and charge out swinging in order to defend Takeru. He's the one who tells Takeru how to take out the Tomahawk Ganma. He repeatedly goes out on excursions to investigate Ganma cases separately from Takeru in order to help him.
>Takes every statement 100% literally.
No but really, the tomohawk Ganma thing is basically the only time he's done anything useful in 17 episodes. Every time he, Akari, or both go out to investigate something on their own they just end up as damsels to be saved by the characters who matter.
>Talking shit about Benkei and Robin Hood of all Eyecons
You cheeky little kunt.
She walked around with her peach open as well.
>I WASN'T BEING LITERAL YOU GUYS
Textbook fucking retardation, holy shit.
You're also forgetting him and his disciples tracking down Eyecons for Takeru as well as being the one to convince Takeru to use the Goemon Eyecon when he's getting his ass kicked literally the first episode after getting his upgrade by the Kojiro Ganma.
inb4 more ad hominem and saying "THAT DOESN'T COUNT BECAUSE IT WASN'T SUCCESSFUL"
He still tries more than pretty much every other secondary cast member.
No one said he's a 10/10 character either you extremist fucking retard. The fucking initial point was "Onari doesn't do anything but scream," but that was proven wrong repeatedly because he has repeatedly done plenty - even if there were multiple failures, he at least put in effort where most characters wouldn't even fucking do anything.
And that was never the fucking central point. He screams a fuckton and spouts some stupid lines, I cannot disagree, but he still does more than just scream.
If you're gonna dislike a character, at least understand what character you're complaining about, since at the moment it just sounds more like you're talking about fucking Akiko.
You are literally the only person who dislikes Kuuga, dude.
Normally you post something like this in every single thread and no one responds to you but I figured I'd throw you a bone this time. It's gotten pathetic.
>suggesting Onari contributes any more than Akari
See's only used her information finding skills to pinpoint Ganma activity and is actively trying to study and understand the enemy as a resource for the team. If anything, her SCIENCE is ten times more convincing than Rinna. That show NEVER convinced me that she was at all capable of designing and manufacturing any of the shit he supposedly "invented." Fuck that noise.
Kuuga is mediocre.
It got praised because people want something to put on top of all those Inoue and Kobayashi shows.
Since they can't find any so they have to settle with Kuuga and Hibiki.
The show is flawed, and it isn't as good as /krg/ said it is.
Uh. No. It has nothing to do with her gender. Rinna never once proved to me she had the facilities, resources, intelligence, or understanding required to fabricate any of the gear Drive used. Every once in a while she'd make a goofy face and excessively buff a Driver or some shit, but she was the most unconvincing character in the whole series.
Every time a new rider comes out everyone starts collectively shitting on the old ones while praising the new one to high heavens, sans the few people who shit on the new one because the first 2 episodes weren't Agito-tier.
>hey x was pretty good
>fuck you x was SHIIIIIT
It's like I'm on /v/
I genuinely can't tell whats shitposting anymore
I mean the very end. Where everyone's just suddenly alright and nothing ever happened. I remember someone pointed out that the date the last scene was set in meant that Kitaoka is no longer dying, even though he was sick before the Rider war started.
[Fanwank] Maybe Shirou just made him sick in the one timeline that the show takes place in? Presumably he was trying all sorts of different shit to cause the Rider War to play out in different ways. [/wank]
/krg/ maybe the worst place to talk about rider but it is also the best place at the same time
Shun's cool too though...
/krg/ is a revolving door of favorites and shit tastes. It will love a season till the very end than shit on it once the next season starts. With Ghost, we are stuck in a constant love/hate boner. /krg/ for the most part loved Drive. Same with Gaim. Than hated it the next. Ghost is about 50/50. Unlike Drive and Gaim, its not getting any better. Its the Wizard Effect. People will only watch it for key episodes. Ghost is at episode 18 and not even Boosts debut was spectacular. It was okay at best.
So /m/ which shows would you show to someone who really likes Yu-Gi-Oh?
>brings 15 eyecons together and get Grateful
>Bigbad steals the 15 eyecons/Eyecon Driver G from Takeru somehow
>forced to use old belt again and leads up to Mugen
Something like that I guess?
>Drive 2: Adventures of Gou and Harley.
>Harley slowly insert his shift bike into Gou
>It's too powerful for Gou, and he fainted
>Harley keeps on pushing in the bike without considering Gou's condition
>Gou couldn't take the pain and screamed
>Harley: It didn't last for more than 10 seconds. Gou you need more training and sketching before we can try again
Anyone else here mess with the pins in their ghost driver?
I only went so far as to push down two pins at a time, and came across two henshins that didn't give out a call. One for Ghost and one for Spectre.
Think that might be for Mugen and Deep Spectre?
I bet you guys can't guess who Ganma's based on!!!
It's Nelson Mandela.
>Le Mandela was peaceful meme
Should've gone with Ghandi t-b-h
Anon, Apartheid is a really tough issue, you can't fix that in only 20 years.
Never said he was peaceful. Just dead.
At episode 18 Drive was still fucking about with Chase being brainwashed and nothing was happening
Are you saying Drive had a good soundtrack when all the songs blend together?
Bikes, longcuts, minimal quick cuts. Are you saying that's not good?
Calm down Anon, you seem quite mad. At no point did I say Drive was better. All the plot fucking about was a equally as annoying there, the difference is I actually liked the cast in that.
I like Drive's OST a lot, but I'll admit it's not the most memorable of soundtracks, outside of the inserts
>niggers constantly ruin everything they touch in societies
That's a pretty generalized and racist statement but I'd be lying if I said that wasn't true in South Africa's case.
Eh, I'm not buying it.
It's a Civilization joke, in those games Ghandi is a bloodthirsty tyrant who will threaten anyone and everyone with nuclear annihilation if given the chance. It started due to a bug in the first game and ever since it's been a running joke in the series.
That's the same game where this came from, right?
I've got a pretty good eye for this stuff. I'm pretty sure it's the Statue of Liberty.
After rewatching W I can confirm that
Akiko really isn't that bad, she a cute
Anyone tired of the music and the protag's transformation music blaring over the villain's transformation? I can't hear shit and it just destroys any excitement.
Why do they do that? Are they desperate at selling or something?
At least Rinna was willing to go outside her thinkbox. Akari STILL insists that the afterlife is unfounded nonsense even though her childhood friend is a ghost and her other childhood friend and his sister were trapped in a bizarre ghost monster world for ten years.
I really liked that Rinna was super girly while still being a smart scientist instead of being super serious "MUH SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE" all the time.
I DO like Akari. She made a fucking gun that can shoot ghosts and I think she and Onari contribute, they just do it in different ways. Akari figures out how things work and what they do while Onari goes out and actively investigates and does things.
I will say I think Onari is the more entertaining of the two. He's a high-energy character that does his best, even though he knows he's not as strong as the main characters.
That's true but I really wanted to strangle her in Accel's V-Cinema. Jackie Chan fights in a ladder factory antics getting interrupted by her shrieking
It's not like it's unrealistic for someone to stick steadfast to their beliefs despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary though, religious people irl are the exact same thing in reverse.
So Double's finisher hits with enough force to wreck a small wooden podium.
For marathoning: OOO, then Fourze.
Start watching Ghost weekly, just make sure to marathon the first nine episodes to get them out of the way. From 10 onward it stops being so shitty and starts turning pretty good.
I like the first 9 personally but they're literally just there to make the rest of the plot happen, so if you don't like them keep powering through and start your opinions from 10 when the characters start shaping up and being useful and having actual dynamics.
>Onari screams at things
>Akari doesn't believe in ghosts despite her best friend being a ghost
>Sage and Yurusen dress up as whacky things
>Takeru is a bitch
Onari actively tries to find information, Akari studies the weird shit and finds ways to deal with it regardless of her beliefs, Sage is a creepy fuck and I don't trust him, Specter... Well I have a feeling he will get better but fuck him right now for being an edgelord who doesn't want to let the plot get past his lips, and Takeru is starting to get better, he's more proactive than he was in the beginning and is actually winning some shit without being conflicted because he's a scared faggot.
Also Necrom happens and he's the best.
Ghost Grateful episode scans
>Alan dies and gives his last two eyecons to Ghost
>Takeru meets Grimm and then Sanzo before all 15 eyecons start to glow
>at the end, Takeru and Ryu are both revived and create GRATEFUL
It sucks people cant accept a character that is not mr nice guy(or autistic like Wataru and Takeru) in a rider suit, or that people care only about writing and not anything else.
I dont dislike it, but it's way overrated. Yes, the writing is good, but everything else(particularly the fights and monster suits which are very important in, you know, an action tokusatsu show) its either mediochre or shit.
So, in this instance, would you actually recommend skipping the Memorial TV Sound version? I'd like the theme songs, but it's SO much more expensive.
...but I'm worried that not having them will affect my enjoyment.
April, I believe. You just collect them, it's just Neko Atsume with Riders. From what I've heard you use "Hearts of Justice" to lure out bad guys, which in turn lures out Riders to fight them off.
Yeah, though, it's mostly girls give presents to guys. They even have White Day where guys give stuff to girls in return. One is to sell chocolate and the other is to sell marshmallows.
>celebrate it twice
>birth rate still declining
Looks like Shotaro and Hongo go to the same gym.
I didn't even notice the pun till just now. Welp.
I was surprised they already did make one
BW2 loosed the linear aspect a bit with the new maps, but because it still contained the old maps that was not tweaked at all, it fails.
That said, Mission Mode is so much funner than Story Mode
The gameplay is fun, especially if you like the Sengoku Basara games.
But they're very noticeably made on the cheap. The graphics are shit, the framerate is choppy, the loading times are way too long and there's not enough content.
Genesis should at least be worth checking out because of all the Showa and secondary Heisei Riders they added. And it'll probably have all the story missions from BW1 and 2 included in one of the side modes.
I'm going to be super disappointed when he doesn't become a rider.
Everyone he has done for a while seems to be building up to it, but I know it'll never happen.
Like his weird connection to eyecons and the fact that he's slowly been getting stronger, I'll be surprised if he doesn't take out at least one ganma before the series ends.
I'd personally be okay with him not becoming a rider. He's becoming stronger to so he can help Takeru with his own two hands without any fancy magic powers and he knows without any powers he can only do so much but tries anyway.
Having the Ghost Driver, Sunglasslasher, GanGun Saber, and Boost Eyecon, it's actually really fun activating the Mega Mabushii, Omega Break, and Musashi Omega Drive all at the same time and perfectly syncing up the finisher sounds. Can't wait until Boost Musashi happens in the show and I really hope he actually does that.
They must be fun toys but the sounds are really starting to becoming annoying in the show. There are many tense instances where shit is going down and
This is why I want Onari to get the Den-O Climax Eyecon, the jingle is likely to make everyone's ears ring for a few minutes. Because it's all of the Den-O Form soundbytes playing, at the same time, also the Subs are attacking each other.
I was thinking about getting a second Ghost Driver for... reasons. You think that just like the Drive Driver from last year, at the end of the series I'll be able to get one on Amazon for only like 30 bucks with Prime? Or should I grab one now in the off-chance it becomes stupidly inflated like the Sengoku/Genesis Drivers?
Well, doesn't Bandai continue to produce the drivers as the series continues so that they'll always be readily available to go along with the newest compatible toys? Shouldn't the price at least stay consistent until the end of the season in that case?
I mean the sexual tension is pretty obvious
2 questions that I never got the answers too were:
Where did Kaixa obtain the accel watch for Faiz?
Where did Daisuke get the Zect handle for the dragonfly?
>Where did Daisuke get the Zect handle for the dragonfly?
There's a scene where it's shown that Zect deliberately let the Drake Zecter fly around looking for a user. There's no scene showing it meeting Daisuke for the first time and such, but it's not that odd.
Perhaps this is where Tsukasa truly belongs.
>Where did Kaixa obtain the accel watch for Faiz?
Remember when Kaixa joined the other Ryusei school members for fun off-screen shenanigans? It's implied they raided a Smart Brain facility where the watch was being kept.
Hiroshi Katsuno joins the cast next week as Adonis, the Ganma Emperor as well as Alain’s father. Thane Camus will guest star as Steve Bills, the shrewd president of an IT company.
>Thane Camus will guest star as Steve Bills
For real? They just couldn't help themselves, could they?
It's implied near the end that Kagami's dad hooked him up with the Hopper Zecters.
Why is this playing out like a mediocre high school movie from 2002.
They've brought out the winning formula of Blade feels for a recent stage show
>Implying that Kamen Rider isn't just live-action Precure.
720p (upscaled to 1080)
tsukasa and shotaro untransformed 720p
tsukasa and shotaro untransformed 1080p
Yeah, it's especially noticeable on Shotaro's jacket. It's a lot whiter in the 1080p one
I'm downloading the showa ending raw so I can try and do this >>13872034
Hopefully the TN subs don't mix too badly.
The big reason is the fact literally every factor that could lead to babymaking (Dating, marriage, sex, cuddling, all that shit) has been individually offered as individual services (Host clubs, waifu/husbando sims, prostitutes/JAV/gravure, actual fucking cuddling motels) and as a result most of those lonely businessmen see no reason to try because they can just shell out some yen for the immediate products.
Best you can get is the Climax Heroes games. Go for Super Climax Heroes, that has a whole heap of characters to play as. Available on Wii and PSP, so use whichever emu you prefer
Did the last episode of W become non-cannon because Phillips actor never returns anymore?
Shotaro also seems depressed as shit in the screenshots from later crossover movies.
really i just wish the last ending never happened.
Megamax was... Interesting.
It's that time again. Can Kamen Riders defeat Servants?
>being at work
>tfw my wife posted pic related on my zuckerbook
i'm happy for you anon, i hope you get the succ later on
Next Month I'm going to a Con to help my friend during his show and I wanted to wear a Rider/Rider Styled Helmet during the show.
What's the best way of or tips to making a decent helmet on a Budget?
>I've seen Tutorials about Cardboard, Foam, and etc. Just wanted to ask around.
>I wear Glasses.
Thanks in Advance, since I have to sleep now.
Perhaps Adel with Adonis interaction are like Takeru and sage interactions.
Those parallels are a bit like opposites, after all Saionji is greedy and selfish but Ryu sacrificed himself for Takeru.
The rest are probably like that too.
Hey, look who it is!
>I'm alone so everyone else must be alone
Those symbols we saw in the first episode turned out to be kind of important.
When Grateful does its "Omega Formation" attack this symbol better appear.
lmao these wings
Don't they already do?
Ah okay. Well, going off the hypothesis that Grateful will be granted by the Great Eye, which appeared to be a giant golden version of that very sigil, the odds a pretty likely that your suggestion will be the case.
I watched Blade before Agito, and by the time I got around to Agito it had been so long since I'd seen those episodes I completely forgot that she was a guest character.
>rewatch Blade with Turn-Up Scrubs' releases
>mfw she shows up again
It was also really fucking weird to see Kaoru show up as an Undead.
No, his character is the bird man that gives the Red Ranger his magic Rubix's Cube and then dies 20 years before the series starts. Although he might come back later on you never know.
Here we go! Day 11 of the search for the best insert in rider history!
Fucking hell I didn't even remember OOOs having this many songs in the show.
