I just finished reading that last night.
The only thing I didn't like was that Onizuka and Fuyutsuki never officially got together. I was apparently so frustrated by this that I had a dream that the manga actually ended in a love scene between them. Also how fucking dark it got, like what the hell. I mean it was handled okay for the most part, but it started as a comedy manga, then suddenly everyone had been raped or had cancer or was contemplating suicide for drama instead of for laughs. I didn't really dislike it, it just wasn't at all what I signed up for.

Maybe, maybe not... it would depend on how much they would need Nanoha (if at all). If I go by the thinly veiled rumours, the third movie is likely going to be like PM3: Rebellion Story in that it is likely an original tale... if that is the case, it would give the writers a lot of room. Nanoha might not be needed to hold it together.
