SEED DESTINY MOVIE CONFIRMED!
I remember the Gundam 00 ones only. This and the OP and below is from Terebi Magazine. A kids magazine that tends to have Kamen Rider and Sentai on it all the time.
Conclusion: Gundam is a kids show.
Title of the article according to Google Translate:
>[Gundam seed death] commentary people drew about that fraud illustrations have been placed on the infant magazine wwww
From what I can tell, this is about people's retelling their reactions to those pictures, from what they see on the pictures, and then what really happened, especially the ones about the final battles.
I think one of the guys there is the artist as well.
Okay, I've hunted down more information and this is what's going on in that thread
https://twitter.com/arukime0/ is the artist of those GSD pictures, and the reason why they ones about the final battle look so much better than what we got is because he was told to draw something related to it, a month before those episodes would air and had been given no more information than "DRAW FREEDOM AND DESTINY FIGHTING, DO IT NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW"
Man this isn't hard. The artist just finally posted on twitter about how the illustrations had to be done a month and a half ahead of time because of the production and distribution time for the magazine and the scripts weren't done when he was drawing them so he just used his imagination.
So, basically what you're saying is they interviewed people about the amount of hype those ads created for the finale and what it was like to see the Flawless Victory afterwards.
People were so hyped when this picture came out. It was my background for a while back then. I remember a shitload of posts about "SHINN MISSED THE COCKPIT AGAIN!!". Good times. The disappointment disappeared for a short amount of time. Then the ending happened and we got a classic example of trainwreck.
That's the thing though, Shinn didn't really have ideals. He followed through on what Durandal wanted him to do.
It wouldn't have been a clash of ideals, it just would've been a a grudge match
>That's the thing though, Shinn didn't really have ideals. He followed through on what Durandal wanted him to do.
Honestly? It seems more like outside of blowing up the EA, he was just doing whatever Rey told him was a good idea. Did he even meet Durandal in person after getting his FAITH badge?
That's the trouble, I don't even think Shinn believed in the Destiny Plan, he was just doing it because that's what the cool kids were doing. I honestly can't see what he would get out of it or why he'd like it.
And that's the trouble with this series, if they had written this character as if he had lost his way or something, that'd make sense, but no, they couldn't do that.
I have higher res versions of these images dating back to 2005/2006.
Here's one everyone forgets.
Just to make sure I didn't imagine this, I had to hunt it down from some old forum.
>And that's the trouble with this series, if they had written this character as if he had lost his way or something, that'd make sense, but no, they couldn't do that.
Isn't it because he thinks that Athrun betrayed everyone for the person that killed his family?
Other than Shinn going full foaming at that mouth, it makes sense.
The original lineart is really boring and non-edgy.. None of the kits use it.
Strike Freedom using Strike Sword....
If only last battle was same as one in his head.
Shin try to destroy Eternal and almost success
(Target enemy boss to win the battle)
which turn Kira into Berserker Mode
And it become another battle like Kira Vs Athrun, where you try to kill you enemy as fast as you could.
I always like that fight no matter what medium it come out in
More like Destiny Sword, which make it better death duel.
Though SF can easily end it with his chest beam...
