Jürgen a cutie.
Goddamn, those legs, thighs, tits, ass, hair and eyes.
Sorry, I don't really have anything else to add. Carry on.
Based Koto making MuvLuv great again:
Kyoukasoubi scales for all
1/144 SM TSF kits
Tornado and that murrican TSF
>Muv-Luv will never have a fandom that isn't full of people up their own asses ever again
For as generally terrible as Gundam fans are at least they don't come across like internet Jehovah's Witnesses
I guess that explains Axmann's character design.
East Germany's strongest fujo bait.
Meanwhile in reality, as expected.
Oh that came out wrong but anyways.
Incestuous shilling completely bereft of self awareness or shame. It's super embarrassing watching someone go into a mostly dead thread for Schwarzesmarken on some forum or comments section and feel the need to promote muh kikestarter updates and muh social media personalities and answer simple questions with flowery multi-paragraph sales pitches.
I don't know maybe this kind of evangelism is normal for crowdfunding autism, I've seen similar things in high priced niche subscription games.
does anyone know the progress of Chronicles 3 translation?
So /m/, how do we improve the amount of firepower a TSF can bring into the battlefield?
Most biological weapons imply that the target is breathing though.
>yfw the best way to use biological weapons on BETA is to give them infected living humans to eat.
It's not as bad as Sagiri getting votes.
Apparently Muv-Luv fans don't give a fuck about seiyuu considering Yoshimune's Ayaneru prediction fell flat on its face back when and Ai Kayano couldn't do anything to get Irina through either.
the BETA's biology is so redundant though, it's normally better to cripple it than attempt to kill it(much the case of Destroyers and Forts)
but microwaves are something so superfluous as fire, they'll cook them thoroughly, regardless of their size.
Significantly too many.
>this 50:50 meme gender ratio
I wonder what's going to happen on this week's episode of Schwarzesmarken
>Nothing relating to Inghild
Oh boy a black repaint
Coloured Lise anyways.
I wish there was actually anything else, the flier just had the already up for pre-order TSFs too.
My body is ready for Altered Fable's Beatrix.
Those Iris's tits are disgustingly drawn. And since when is she more busty than Beatrix or Sylwia ?
Irisfags striking again.
> Altered Fable SM
> Lise route
> chichinaishi Gretel
> oneechan Pham
age could get all of my money. all of it.
Jesus fuck they went all out on the TSF action this episode.
Anett is pretty stacked if you don't compare her to Sylvia. But there is some scaling and compositing weirdness going on there anyways.
Well, Sylvia, Pham, and Inghild, and only sometimes.
Of course it's not like TE doesn't have plenty of official tits out there.
I mean the poses are kind of excessively provocative but Muv-Luv has always been in the "tits on BD" area of non-H for the most part, even if the LNs and manga have played things conservatively.
The soft German J is the proper way to pronounce a J.
J was invented to clearly mark the difference between a Vocal I and a Consonant I.
If anything, you are abusing the Latin alphabet.
I don't even know if the Hakuryou tree is based on something existing, but if it actually exists, I would probably cry if I get to see it.
Especially if I come to realize it is this one only by looking at it. I can't even imagine the feels.
>2 whole TSF squads having this much trouble with a few beta and a SINGLE fort class
>yfw bratty saviour downed 20 of them without even breaking a sweat
this just confirms how based Takeru is
oh I'm sure even with a Gekishit he would have still made that look like a breeze
are there official specs or something that show just how different the TSFs performance is?
>episode ends with this
fuck beatrix, they better make her do something cool or something soon, because I keep hating her more and more with each episode
At least she's with her husbando now.
There's a power output comparison of Japanese 3rd gens that puts the 00R at 170% of a Shiranui, that's about it.
Like all such comparisons it makes fuck all sense as soon as you try to include the 1C and 94 Second anyways.
Was the first thing mentioned by the way.
I still have my TE figmas in the box. And my Sumika come to think.
Would be nice to have at least one fucking East German reinforced suit scale, I can understand them getting a bit redundant.
For what it's worth, Freeing pretty much only does 1/4 bunnies, 1/4 swimsuits, and 1/8 yukata shit these days and Kotobukiya was always unlikely to show anything besides their swimming pool illustration series when Katia and Lise still have to come out.
Yui, Cryska, Inia, Meiya, and Sumika bargain binned pretty hard.
And I own all of them except for Cryska, hoping I can get her for cheap when I go to Tokyo in April. Regretted not getting her last time I went, I regretted not buying a lot of things though.
That's why I've been picking up a lot of extra shifts, so I can go on a crazy shopping spree
Hoping the two MUV-LUV posters will still be there when I get there, and maybe some Schwarzesmarken posters will be available.
None of the Memorial Artbooks were ever scanned? How depressing.
>hoping I can get her for cheap
She's been like 3K on Mandarake all this time. Just how poor are you?
That is pretty unfair, even for TE.
I've been meaning to grab the jacket Yui and HJ exclusive when I get a chance myself but it's not a priority when I ran out of shelves ages ago.
MiG-23 was one of the canceled ones to start with.
I understand you can't just throw money into a pit but I still wish they'd at least finished the repaints. Makes no fucking sense having the Raging Busters F18Es that appeared for like 20 seconds in TDA00 but no XFJ-01b or camo Shiranui.
I wanted a Gekishin or Kagerou. Some Revoltech BETA would be awesome too like a grappler.
This is why mecha and military properties that don't keep full-autism tech bibles down to COMPONENTS of machines always have meaningless tech comparisons
>not knowing exactly what make and model of powerplant your mechfu has
>not knowing what others can be fitted with minor parts kits
>not having canon production numbers and deployment histories
this is where modern and vintage mecha both fail.
They have all that shit to start with, this is just a brief indication of how TUNED TO THE LIMIT higher rank honourable samurai-sans machines that gets weird when you add the TUNED TO THE LIMIT Shiranui and consider cost:performance ratios.
Anyways basically what it amounts to is
Shiranui 1C 115
Really what we don't have is an operational time comparison of 00C and 94-1C, we know Takemikazuchis have less uptime than Shiranuis and that 1C has less uptime than a standard Shiranui but which one loses more is a question mark. It makes the existence of the 00C model pretty questionable looking though.
It's also one of those things where the Shiranui Second pretty much obsolesces the Takemikazuchi on paper but then again the Shiranui did that to the Zuikaku too. (the funny part about that too being that the Takemikazuchi is considered ostensibly the best TSF in the world after Operation Ouka)
You should play Aurora. It's a 4X Space Military-Industrial Complex simulator, complete with a need to design most components of your spaceships independently of the ships themselves (Missiles, engines, reactors, sensors (multiple types), and so on).
hey, Koto is making an easy cash grab non scale Shiranui that comes with all its weapons
release this april
>not even Tomcat
Color me deeply unimpressed.
All I wanted was Yui to be honest.
I only started wanting to buy Cryska when I found Inia at a huge discount on Amazon. Now I need her to complete the set.
So just a reissue with all weapons and no new mould. I think the Shiranui started the standard which was incorporated into the Takemi 1.5. So the only kit below this standard would be the Shiranui 2nd.
>we know Takemikazuchis have less uptime than Shiranuis
And Manamana-sama and three idiots still managed to keep their units in perfect operating condition during Yokohama assault.
It's not the intended way to do it, but it's not like you have a lot of choice when the other arm is missing. We usually see 3rd gens draw from the opposite arm anyways.
Anyways thank you for caring animation director-san.
Interestingly it appears the CGI model can actually slightly pivot its knee laterally within the lower leg armour to get you some flexibility without twisting the hip joint.
Incidentally I guess the F-5s and Tomcats look squat at the waist in the standing poses is because they have some sort of wacky hip rigging going on.
Really there's just some odd issues with interpretation and consistency of the F-5's hips in general and unfortunately I think the CGI model is having to do some pretty serious but relatively hidden clipping.
If you look at the sprites the dark grey waist "boom" only extends a short way and turns into a covered joint like the line art and CGI model of the shoulders rather than running all the way through. But that section is also way thinner on the sprite than in the line art too.
That mostly solves the articulation issues by making that more of a cosmetic extension of the crotch section than anything and the leg pivots against it rather than around it. The implication there though is that if you cheat the proportions less while having the joint function that way then you will end up with a super wide crotch under all circumstances.
The way the CGI model works is that the legs rotate over that section and the joint is pretty low down to limit the width of the leg gap and make the waist appear narrower the further apart the feet are angled. It looks nice but it carries the penalty that there isn't actually enough room in the top of the leg for clearance so it clips behind the crotch.
Yui's Takemikazuchi is getting the 1.5 release in April as well I think.
Explain to me in exact technical terms why they would not be able to
even if they were LGMs they could paint the 666th with the designators and trip their LWRs. Every other method for guiding AGMs works BETTER when pointed up.
Suddenly best girl for non-ants.
that makes me sad. I bought Yui back in the day and even if the anime disappointed me, I love the figma itself. I've been enjoying Schwarzesmarken a lot and I was really hoping for figma Irisdina. Hell, I think I'd settle for anyone from the show.
Yui is love, Yui is life
nah, that only applies when she's into Senjutsuki stuff.
somehow the pic seems like Leymei arts to me.
> searching Izanagi works
> looking through those artworks
.. i regret of my doing.
they are also pretty shitty OOB
seamlines fucking everywhere, need tons of paint to even look accurate
why they dropped the ball so hard with these? the shiranuis and takes are pretty good but these MiGs are really shit, a real shame since I wanted to add a fat TSF to my shelf
Of all MiGs, Beatrix custom is looking like the worst non-scale TSF to me.
There are some exceptions, I believe Su-37UB is somewhat expensive now.
Or at least not bargain bin tier like original Takemikazuchi.
uhhhh, not really, Koto stuff is pricey
that aside, I have this kit and it blows the A3 volks figure in proportions and articulation and not being a floppy mess
the only thing the volks figure wins over is in the accessory count and that will end soon once this is released >>13855926
if anything, their plastic is only a bit more brittle than bandai's but that aside, koto has been making really good kits for the last years
Eh. A3s are pretty game accurate, Koto is lineart, it's whatever.
That's more of a JSF version problem, the original split accessories A3 Shiranuis are supposed to be better, although that's still on an A3 scale of better.
They're sold on normie sites, mostly probably. But A3s pose like shit due to the combination of soft plastic and stiff joints and have a decent number of ugly exposed joints depending on their age.
I wouldn't throw it at the floor.
It's the price you pay for shit not being warped.
well if you plan on throwing it against a wall it will obviously break
koto models build like any gunpla, the plastic is just a bit harder
their kits usually have a lot of parts, reason why they are so expensive. any non scale TSF is worth more than an average MG, so they are not really cheap, unless you get them on a bargain or in mandarake due to slightly damaged boxes
Revos do mostly avoid bent fins mind you but that's because they're thick and stubby as shit.
The Fripside - White Forces single is out.
>What's the appeal of model kits?
Pretty much unlimited potential to look good/show accurate/whatever the fuck you want. (disclaimer: skills and effort required).
True, but starting with something is better than scratch-building from nothing. Model kit industry exists for a reason.
Same as above, except figures are even harder to improve because shitty materials, glued together parts etc. Not impossible but definitely more effort.
Who else can't stand this turbocunt? Not only worst girl, but worst person in Schwarzesmarken.
Note the lack of proper subarm on MiG that places the knife into the hand, it just might be a design feature to eject the knife and catch it in flight. Remember that most movements are preprogrammed, pilot is basically pressing a button and the computer does the whole sequence automatically.
Making "ejecting anything to catch" that is supposed to be in your hands as a deliberate feature is about as sensible as not putting brakes on a car "because it will stop eventually once you step off the accelerator", though.
Theo is just showing off; which makes it all the more impressive, admittedly. The MiG's other arm is thrashed in that scene, isn't it? Older knife-drawing entails the use of the opposite arm. Most other pilots would have to drop the knife from the sheath to the ground to get at it. Sub-arm is so that you don't suffer from increased knife-draw time period by losing any one of your two main arms.
>fuck around deciding whether to buy A3s or whatever with this thing for a day
>decide I've spent too much money lately
>realize like 5 minutes later the same store has the two age FC books I've been missing
>it's Sahra so they may consider it paid for immediately
Oh well it's only like $5 worth of shipping I'm losing out on if they won't combine anyways I guess.
So, is the anime any good? I'm so goddamn tempted to just download and watch it but I wanna wait for the LN translations. Those will take forever though and it might just not be worth the wait. Give me your opinions please.
I like it. VN/LN shitters don't, but the people who read those tend to hate every anime adaptation.
It's an OK anime. As an LN reader, some of the changes anger me, but it's still pretty gripping nonetheless. Just don't use the anime to shit on the LN/VN, because they're pretty different.
It's decent ( Even if the story goes nuts compared to the original material ).
As a LN fag, I would say to watch it, but keep in mind that the story is really different from the LN one on many things ( Some would say details, but they are not ).
Just for the record, I'm talking about Schwarzesmarken, obviously.
>Just don't use the anime to shit on the LN/VN
I read the first translated chapter or whatever was done years ago and have been waiting for more ever since. Glad it got picked up again, I doubt my moon rune skills will be good enough to read it before the TL is out. And I did play the game after the translation for MLA got leaked, so I'm one of those "VN/LN shitters" myself pretty much.
I might not be ruining the LN for myself if the story does diverge, sounds good.
>I might not be ruining the LN for myself if the story does diverge, sounds good.
There's a lot cut, and some characters, like Beatrix, Theo, and Gretel are completely different. Almost everything about the stasi has been changed too (like most of the scenes that villainize them are anime original or contradict canon), so you won't be spoiling yourself too bad if you treat it like an alternate universe story.
>And I did play the game after the translation for MLA got leaked, so I'm one of those "VN/LN shitters" myself pretty much.
I was referring more to people who read Schwarzesmarken than MLA.
Anyway, if you want to watch the anime then go for it. the LN translations are super slow and could take years to finish as whoever is translating it is not making it a priority. You could wait for the Schwarzesmarken VN
demoif you want. It should come out in September alongside the official MLA release from the kickstarter, and they said they might translate the whole game if the reception is good.
Fair warning to the other anon, Gretel's different in the good way.
The only character to really get consistently butchered hard by the anime was Beatrix, where they retconned her into being responsible for almost every stasi atrocity, gave her many more scenes hyping her sadism up, and took away or changed any scenes that put her into a neutral or even positive light into ones that make her look as horrible as possible.
Theo took a hit too, but it made him more likable, like Gretel, instead of less. His paranoia has been toned down, and so has his dickishness towards Katia (he actually seriously considered shooting her the first time they met just to save himself the hassle of bringing her back to base; later on, he even chokes her when he finds out her secret).
Katia looks like a mentally retarded idiot at first in the anime instead of naive (the LN version didn't spit out why she came to the DDR immediately, hides her secrets, ), but she's kinda improving.
Lise is arguably more evil (she might be trying to get Katia hurt/killed, whereas in the VN/LN they're pretty good friends)
Iris hasn't actually had that much changed about her (except for shooting Jurgen herself), they've just removed a lot of what made her compelling and likable, so she comes off as boring and bland.
>Katia looks like a mentally retarded idiot at first in the anime instead of naive (the LN version didn't spit out why she came to the DDR immediately, hides her secrets, ), but she's kinda improving.
Katia's characterization wasn't... entirely butchered, Theo blatantly committed treason in front of her by rambling about the Stasi so it sort of makes sense that she sees him as somebody to trust. I'm not even going to try to explain Sylwia's beatdown or the rushed photo burning, I'm just going to say they're unfortunate casualties of the one cour format. Another anon pointed this out, but it is a little interesting to note that the rationale behind Sylwia laying a beating on Katia was probably
her talk about 'comrades', which would be a real sore point for somebody like Sylwia, who was betrayed by one of her comrades.
Lise becoming more twisted was an unfortunate given after episode 1 changed Beatrix from a manipulative seductress to a violent thug. I'm bracing myself for the Stasi funhouse, there's gonna be a lot of anger.
New email update.
>Just a quick, straightforward update - We've decided to lock down all tiers which DO NOT include pillowcases by the end of February.
>Locking down these tiers will give us accurate shipping information and production costs which will help us confirm how much budget is left over for other bonuses. We’ll send a few more reminders before the surveys are locked down.
>As for the Collector's Box options, you will still be able to choose between the signed sticker or mini-shikishi.
>Mini-Shikishi is a printed artwork styled into a Shikishi, with Japanese Muv-Luv team signatures printed onto it. If you have pledged for the $300 or $800 tiers (the ones with TSFs), and you'd like a Mini-Shikishi with one and a signature sticker with the other we recommend you choose the Mini-Shikishi for the collectors' box.
>Lastly, Bou-san has started working on the pillowcase designs, and here's a rough sketch of Kei Ayamine!
Irisdina is plenty appealing in her screen time, she just doesn't have any,
If Lise was trying to kill Katia she was doing a laughably poor job. For the sake of avoiding any autismo confusion I'll explain the point of that scene is just to play with the viewer's suspicions to create surprise and make them question doubting her rather than particularly imply any kind of wrong doing.
Maybe someone would actually get that context if people hadn't insisted on spoiling the tits off the entire story then leaving.
The preceding episode had her smirking when she heard Katia's name, and the following one had her sullen when Theo was paying attention to Katia over her.
>If Lise was trying to kill Katia she was doing a laughably poor job.
It's quite similar to what Beatrix did in the LN/VN, where she deliberately held back to try and kill Iris.
I'm pretty sure she was originally sent to spy on the 666th and get Theo on Beatrix's side, not go after Katia specifically. But then again, the anime refocused things to reinforce Theo's dedication to protecting her, like making her the reason the Stasi keep going after them.
>That is moe appeal.
Not when it's framed like this. Then it's fear for Katia, which is definitely a kind of moe appeal, but not for Lise herself.
>Irisdina is plenty appealing in her screen time, she just doesn't have any,
Flat-out wrong. She was pretty forgettable up until episode 4, where she got to crack a joke, and then it was back to being dull with a fanservice joke.
>I'm pretty sure she was originally sent to spy on the 666th and get Theo on Beatrix's side
That was her own personal objective, and it wasn't even to convert him, it was just to make sure he wasn't fighting against Beatrix. Converting him would be great, but him being neutral would've been enough for her.
Well you just have the totally wrong context for that scene anyways, that's mostly about Irisdina dropping the "you have something you want to do" line and making all three of them look suspicious.
She was the very last one shown in that scene, and only shown after Theo had reassured Katia. Can you really blame me for connecting the dots between similar situations involving Lise and Katia?
Define 'BTFO'. You mean them dragging her VN characterization through the mud once and for all? I'd say episode 7 at the latest.
In general Lise reacts poorly to any situation that gives potential evidence of Theodore being anti-Stasi, like when she was about to throw a shitfit about him saying he couldn't be afraid of the Stasi.
I'm pretty sure simply reassuring Katia that they'd come back safe wasn't anti-Stasi.
> like when she was about to throw a shitfit about him saying he couldn't be afraid of the Stasi.
Yeah, and remember who directly told him to stop being such a scared baby about the Stasi and helped him get over himself?
>I'm pretty sure simply reassuring Katia that they'd come back safe wasn't anti-Stasi.
No, but Irisdina says something about Katia that sounds really iffy and Theo jumps in on it.
Bare in mind that Irisdina and Katia are under heavy suspicion to start with so basically anything he does that makes him seem close to them makes his situation worse.
Yeah, they were calling for blood, but they do that every-time Beatrix pops up on screen. It's kinda justified too.
I, too, mourn the loss of the imouto alliance, but it is what it is.
I appreciate reading about the differences since I do not read the LN myself but personally I find Irisdina quite compelling and I love her character. Usually these type of personalities/roles are saved for military men in their thirties so I'm glad a hot blonde got this for once (don't get me wrong, I'm saying I like this type of character regardless the gender, her being hot is a bonus).
I wonder if this is how people reacted over Killer the Butcher in Zambot 3, back in the day.
>Oh, this is the villain? He looks stupid.
>But hey at least he's fun to laugh at--
>Wait, what, why!? He's supposed to lose!
Killer the Butcher wasn't the sexiest gril on Zambot, nor did he have a legion of butthurt fans to pick on. If you stop to think about it, everything about the situation with anime Beato is pretty hilarious. Every body except for the Beatrixfags absolutely hate her. They like fucking Ketchup more than her.
Though it's the worst way to show images ever ( At least on my screen ), so just click on the character names to get to their respective page.
I've been racking my brain around this for the longest time, who the fuck is Kyoko supposed to be in pic related?
It's ok. People on MAL and Animesuki couldn't identify teenage Beatrix and thought she was a completely different character.
does anyone else think it would be cool if there was a game where the main character is a time looper like mub rub or meguca, but with actual gameplay where you restart every time you get a game over? you could have stuff like an unbeatable fight at the beginning of the game becoming winnable after you level up through enough looping, and story points where the only way to avoid a dead end is by letting other characters die and stuff.
How angry do you think Theo would've been if Iris lived, but dumped him for
executing Lise? Given how literally everybody else in the 666th opposed him doing it, it seems a safe bet that she would've liked it just about as much as everybody else. Not to mention after she found out about penetration, no way a bloody cockpit like that could be missed.
She gave him the tips that allowed him to get the upper hand in the fight. I'm pretty sure Iris wanted Beatrix dead.
Also, only Gretel and Katia really opposed executing Lise, and for Gretel, is was because she didn't support summarily executing anyone. Annette was wishy washy. Sylwia was probably saying "good riddance." I don't think Iris really ever liked or trusted Lise, so she probably would've supported it too.
And do you think Iris would've really cared that
Theo coup de graced her ass? Iris probably would've shot Beatrixherself had Theo taken her prisoner assuming she wasn't mortally wounded when Beatrix was brought in
He could've grabbed something from somewhere, or, yknow, capture her for execution. Not like she was going anywhere, she was exhausted and her TSF was totaled. It was a total dick move.
The rebels would've tortured her to death. It probably was still kinda dickish, but she'd pretty much become his stand-in for everything evil about the DDR
along with him blaming her for Lise.
What was worse in my mind was
him shooting up the surrendering Werewolves.
Beatrix had a shitty life full of doing shitty things capped by a shitty end. The tragic thing is is that she would've been an amazing person if she wasn't so broken.
BiS has shown has many things, and unless my memory is hazy it has most certainly not shown that her childhood was crap.
Unless you mean whatever Ketchup did to her, if that ever gets elaborated on, and frankly for all the shit she did she deserved what she got.
The translated portions of chapter 1 indicate that her childhood was crap. Her father was a stasi asshole, she was an introvert who couldn't connect to others, and Iris's clique ostracized/bullied her. When Jurg first meets her, she's a depressed mess.
Well, being a jackbooted Stasi enforcer who has no qualms with torturing captives, ordering executions or gunning down refugees certainly contributes, even if ardent supporters paint such things as 'last resorts'.
Oh, so very touching.
>Oh, so very touching.
Yes, very much so.
Apparently you don't quite comprehend sarcasm.
A terrible individual can have the greatest sob story of a background imaginable, it doesn't change the fact that they're a shitty person and that they embrace it.
>freely admits that her job is 'dirty' and attempts feebly to rationalize her terrible actions
That's almost as bad in a different way, really.
Not that it stops her from pulling teeth out or having others do it for her, or folding bones if the latter actually did happen. Or murdering unarmed civilians, since that did happen.
No, she sees it as a necessary evil in dealing with a horrible situation. I mean, just because you think your job is shit doesn't mean you don't think it shouldn't be done.
Axmann's all about himself. He's an extremely selfish person. They're both evil though, but I think Axmann is worse.
I think Beatrix is really a tragic person though. I'm more sad for her than really hateful, but it's okay if you really don't like her. She does a lot of bad things to the 666th.
