And depending on how long after 2ndOG this is, the military might still be severely lacking in expendable grunt mechs.

Everytime OG earth is attacked, the whole world is fucked and the federation is fucking useless, and the only time they aren't useless, the federation is the villains. Hopefully MD will at least let them keep GS units and actually have success defending their territory instead of being anal raped by anything that merely gazes at them.

You know, I'd never heard of Xardion before now. I imagine it'd work well with Tetsujin 28 (which itself works well enough with Giant Robo, Shin Mazinger, and... when you say Go, do you mean the anime or the manga? Because if it's the anime, that too), but looking at the plot, it's going to need heavy revisions to fit that list.

Other than that, it feels a little... I dunno what the right word for it is. I wouldn't precisely say standard, but it's got a lot of series that clump together, like the fact that seven of them are Gundams and five of those are SEED, the Dynapro ones (or former Dynapro in the case of Liger), the Obari ones, and the old time series being remade into a new era ones.
