Who doesn't love a NAZI Kamen Rider?
But The Phantom Pain already came out. And it stinks.
Kamen Rider Necrom did an Obari~ish pose.
I wonder how long Spectre is going to spend as Alan's sex slave
Mind slaves are clearly Aran's fetish, just look at what he's doing to Makoto next week.
One of the Grimm brothers, Jacob Grimm, discovered Grimm's Law, or also known as the First Germanic Sound Shift which describes sound changes that happened when Germanic languages developed from Proto-Indoeuropean.
These changes are:
Proto-Indo-European voiceless stops change into voiceless fricatives.
Proto-Indo-European voiced stops become voiceless stops.
Proto-Indo-European voiced aspirated stops become voiced stops or fricatives (as allophones), or:
bʰ > b > p > ɸ
dʰ > d > t > θ
gʰ > g > k > x
gʷʰ > gʷ > kʷ > xʷ
Necrom may be my new favorite Rider this season. Everything about him screams "mad science wizard" and I love it.
I hope he doesn't heel-face, or if he does, he doesn't become a hero so much as a rogue agent working to his own ends.
Didn't do a sound version because Makoto's jingle plays over. Can do it if people want it anyway.
Depends on their plans with Aran's Blu-ray V-Cinema. But we're still two months away from Box 1 so anything can happen.
The Mega Uloader's voice is provided by Peter von Gomm, known for doing a number of commercials in both English and Japanese as well a a few voice roles in anime and games.
Here's a documentary he did.
Boost did it without the "ish" as well.
I hate henshin's that don't involve the belt as a part of the transformation.
I mean, how did he do it? It's always cooler when they work the "pose" into it. I feel like Sentai is better at this than Rider.
I guess the people over O-T have
been down too long in the midnight sea
According to official stats, Nobunaga is marginally stronger than Specter at the cost of marginal levels of agility.
Punching power: 6 t.
Kicking power: 10.5 t.
Maximum jump height: 43 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 5.6 sec
Punching power: 6.1 t.
Kicking power: 10.8 t.
Maximum jump height: 42.5 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 5.8 sec
Of course, Necrom far outclasses him regardless.
Punching power: 15.1 t.
Kicking power: 17.4 t.
Maximum jump height: 47.8 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 3.7 sec.
This was Eitoku's episode, he didn't get to job, just knock everyone else around.
I found this episode to be pretty stellar with it camera work in general.
>I found this episode to be pretty stellar with it camera work in general.
Same here. I loved that shot in the warehouse where it circled around Necrom as he was badmouthing humanity. It's nothing spectacularly groundbreaking, but it was still cool.
I don't know how to handle myself with all of this plot.
He had an accident before Gaim started and that is why he wasn't Beast in Wizard.
The trailer for this week's episode at the end of episode 15 had everyone freaking the fuck out because that voice is sexy as fuck
Yeah, I thought that the rebooted 99 days was going to be dumb, but the show has a much clearer direction in terms of plot and character development at this point now, and I'm enjoying it a lot more.
I'm curious if they're going to try and do the whole "Talk to the spirits" thing with each Soul. Although it's pretty simple, it's pretty cool seeing the coats on a humanoid form.
I'm starting to think that the "befriend the Eyecons" plot is just going to be the Eyecons watching Takeru, thinking "hey I like this guy", and talking to him for 30 seconds at the end of the episode.
Ghost seems to keep having cool ideas and then kinda backpedaling on them and minimizing them.
I think they like Takeru, if they didn't they wouldn't have lend him power. Though it pretty rushed because the plot just reset itself and there only 2 month until Grateful debut.
>mid-air bike transformation with explosions
Necrom has a really cool powerset, and the associated sounds are reminiscent of Faiz's sex voice which is good.
You can already tell how Aran's gonna heelturn from that one brief scene halfway through the episode where he's just chilling outside listening to nature and shit though. He'll probably lose interest in helping the Ganma take over and try to preserve the world as how it is or something along those lines.
Ghost knows how to please with Rider elements.
We already know Aran's goals and motivations don't exactly run parallel to his brother's. My guess is that life as a Ganma is devoid of the "beauty" of the mortal realm and Aran wants to experience that, but Adel (his brother) has a different goal in mind.
Wait if he had the accident before gaim then why would he be in gaim all the way through and not Drive? he may have had an accident then but Taikaiwa himself has talked about Eitokus accident in the Banana suit.
The way the visor protrudes out of the helmet reminds of those old diving suits.
So how long until Necrom becomes the "Enemy turned ally but still has a final battle with the main Rider by the end of the show"?
I-I can't even. I'd say I had pretty high expectations of the Necrom reveal, but it completely fucking blew me away. It was so goddamn fucking good, guys. I loved it. The music. The fight, if you cn even call it that, Ghost and Spectre got BODIED.
How often do we get a villain using a driver, and being a complete sinister piece of shit? Aside from Ouja, Kusaka, and Chase( I haven't seen Drive), and maybe Chalice and Sasword? I don't think we get unrelenting asshole kaijin using drivers. This is a goddamn treat to me.
> being a sinister piece of shit
Sid. I wish they'd done more horrible shit with that bowler hat wearing crapsack.
That's a shame.
I actually thought about that when I posted, haha.
Christ, you people and your fucking understanding. There's nothing wrong with making the attempt at mediation. He tries to get them to talk, Aran tells him to fuck off and beats down Makoto, Takeru immediately responds with Rider Kick because it's clear Aran's not going to listen to anything he has to say right now, and making sure he doesn't kill them is more important than trying to keep talking. Robin Hood commends him for the attempt but warns him that since Aran thinks he's in the right, it won't be a simple matter to convince him. This is perfectly appropriate advice to give and fits Robin Hood as someone who was a criminal even if he was a virtuous one.
Same thing happened with Makoto before when he was being a shitlord. Takeru tried to talk him down once, it didn't work, he defended himself and then calmly left as soon as it was an option. He's remarkably rational when it comes to dealing with people who don't want to talk to him.
Takeru wont understand Robin Hood until he gets into capeshit.
Reposting the sound transformation webm.
>tfw next to no Eyecons work with the Meguloader
>Yet Necrom's eyecon works in the Ghost Driver
It has the best voice out of the henshin devices this season and it doesn't even work with anything
Judging from the hint dropped by onari and aran's talk about a physical body being useless, I guess the ganma don't have a physical body and are probably using the eyecons to create bodies when they go to the human world, that's probably how necron keep getting his body back, and probably what happened to makoto
So they're virtually immortals, at least for now
I say that because with the powers he had it would look like he can possess or control ganmas, so it's a little different than assuming that the mook ganmas are like "base bodies" that get a defined form when a ganma fuses with it
The scene that defines him to me is when he tried to look cool, tripped on entry and still managed to scramble over to the Billy the Kid Eyecon and get it back. Goofy, but he gets shit done.
Meanwhile Akari is the opposite. Seems like she should be competent, but she's mostly just turning on the lantern (that can use itself) and being a blind skeptic. Yeah, the afterlife is a crazy idea when there are verifiable manifestations of dead people in the world.
This. I really want to like Akari but her whole "The after life is unproven nonsense" bit is getting old.
Bitch, your childhood friend is a fucking ghost and the other one is a ghost that was trapped in Hell for ten years.
>that scene where him and his two assitance need to get all the eyecons
>they are having a really hard time with it
>he is finding eyecons like a five year old in an Easter egg hunt
he can some how channel goofy into pure, raw, power
I'm going to hate it when they reveal the Ganma to be aliens or beings from another dimension and Akari will be all "SEE, HA I TOLD YOU SO."
Modern media has this weird vendetta against anything magical or supernatural nowadays, I've noticed.
But this is Rider. The whole point is Enemies = Hero. Now, granted in some seasons it's just indirect, like having the same creators, but I don't think they'll step back and suddenly reveal that the Ganma aren't ghosts.
No, side characters are actually helpful and plot is progressing neatly, that's half the things done right, It's really Drive's first half minus the 2 episode case format.
>minus the 2 episode case format.
I hate that Rider has been so formulaically 2 episode arcs, but switching to mostly 1 off episodes is not the cure.
Have some 1 offs, some 2 episode arcs, some 4s, overlapping arcs (were Specter is doing something for 2 episodes in the middle of Ghost doing something for 4) mix that shit up more.
