I'd say AGE or Try are worse than Destiny, assuming you really meant that and not the original SEED. Iron Blooded Orphans so far is kind of low end, but not the worst of the worst. It's with Wing and SEED in that it's occasionally entertaining but mostly kind of boring. We'll see how it wraps up I guess.

Never really understood why anyone would like Turn A or Zeta apart from nostalgia. Zeta had some really terrible writing and the pacing in Turn A makes IBO look good by comparison.

IBO is on par with Wing.
Both are way too similar to each other, whether be character archetype, Mobile Suit feedback system, Princess, big speeches, Oz , the same old endless waltz . Even Zechs has appeared in recent episodes.

Only thing left is Kudelia being long lost Imouto of Masketa man and both being heir to now dethroned "8th" star family.

That's a good scale OP, the only part of your placement I disagree with is Zeta, which is pretty good.

First time posting here. Out of the mech game for over a decade. Started again with IOB. So far enjoying it aside from the silly dude marrying every girl in his crew. The cruelty of companies with no morals and elitist society took the reigns in ruling. Pirates much like the ones from current day kidnapping and making slave workers and soldiers. Children a lot like the child soldiers in Africa killing with no remorse. I found all these themes interesting. Not crazy about all the mechs. The small worker/soldier mechs are interesting. But sometimes the mechs in general are not easy to differentiate. I still have a soft spot for Z and 0079 stuff. Char's Counter Attack still up there for me since it was my intro to it all.

Pirates in general have gone trough a major romaticization since Peter Pan. The ones harassing trade between european countries and their colonies literally were just state sponsored military ships employing fairly savage guerrilla tactics. So far, IBO is easily among AGE, Destiny, and Try in terms of badness. I would say those three are all worse, but IBO's ending could easily blow it and make it the worst gundam for me.
