Sentai have some of the most ambiguous power-levels ever, even as far as kids shows go.
Monsters of the week that have no business trashing the current mecha formation do just so they have an excuse to pull the next weapon out. There's hardly any instances of solid feats of power in any of the series ether. Kamen Rider, Ultraman and Godzilla at least have those.
