I take back what I said earlier. It really looks they are trying to cover all the released material with stupid fast pacing. This episode only had half of the blackmail arc and lead right into the ghost house and with how they've been going I expect they'll just end the ghost arc in the next episode too. I have no idea what they're doing anymore.

Oh come on. Does any company besides Toei, Pierrot and to an extent David bother to drag out adaptations anymore? They'll be forced to go on a break or cancel them even faster this way (although if it's due to budget concerns, that would be somewhat understandable).

There's cutting material and there's just skipping over things. At this point Kyoma in the manga and Kyoma as he has been portrayed in the anime are almost different characters as far as personality goes. And I wasn't expecting a 30 episode continuous stream, this was obviously going to 12 or 13 from the beginning, but there's no reason they should rush through everything the way they have been doing since they won't get to the end either way since it doesn't exist yet.

I agree, things are moving way too fast in this anime adaptation.

The kids arc was interesting IMO, it's a shame they pretty much skipped it altogether.

The kid arc was good. The first time they actually dealt with the effects of the insane centralization the system enforced.

For the anime he's been almost completely silent when interacting with Mira, but in the manga he always has a quip to say to her which he ends by calling her a robot. The thing with the cars falling over lead into a short arc where we see how shitty society is and learn that Kyoma isn't as much of an asshole in how he views everyone else as he appears when he goes out of his way to save the kids from a scammer and afterwards he lightens up on Mira in the next arc. But now we're going into that arc straight away and with how he's been so far I don't think they'll portray him the same way.

Considering that the junkyard accident was part of the blackmail arc, I doubt it.

I really doubt that we will see the rest of the kids arc in the anime.

Let's just hope that the ghost arc will be good and a bit spooky.
