He doesn't have one, which is remarkably refreshing. Setsuna eventually comes to the point where he likes people, but he doesn't have anything really resembling romantic feelings for anyone. The closest he has is seeing Marina as a mother figure. Nena and Feldt both show attraction to him at different points, but it's clear that he never really returns the affection and indeed likely doesn't even have the capacity to.

Not every main character needs someone to hook up with.

If characters stop being entertaining because of their development, it's a problem, and you know, if you still need to do the drama angle, you can always show the character trying to change his or her ways but utterly failing.

Marina was like a mother figure for him,she had similar looks and I think at some point he had a flashback to his mother when he was with her,there's also the fact that the scene he returns to her 50 years later in the movie, could kinda be a resemblance of a Mother welcoming her son home after he's been away on a journey or at war

Feldt had a on sided love for Setsuna I don't know how he felt about her since sometimes Setuna's reaction to emotional situations can't be understood like when he accepts her flower in 00 and reaches out for it when the Exia is floating after the battle with Ribbons. I don't know if that's because he was thinking of Feldt or something else entirely, although it's possible he didn't understand romantic feelings so most likely he loved her in the same way he loved everyone of his other comrades.

As For Gundam Exia, he saw that as a god. given that he lived most of his childhood on the battlefield he probably respected whoever had the most strength at the moment (which is probably why he followed Ali along with his manipulation of religion) when he saw the 0 gundam take down the anfs he was shocked just sitting there probably thinking how insignificant he was to this giant floating magical particle spewing man in the sky, so to any 3rd worlder such an event could be seen as a reason to think of it as a god. And this lead him to want to become closer to this god just like in any other religion.

Marina was like 8 years older than him. She's more of an older sister/mother figure for Setsuna. The nail in the coffin is that Marina's voice actor also voiced Setsuna's mother. The ending of the movie is literally grandma Marina welcoming home an eternally youthful Setsuna. The official manga version tries to pair them up by making Setsuna give Marina her youth back using ELS magic, or at least that's how I remember it. Welp.

As for Feldt, while it wasn't shown or mentioned in the film, one of the supplementary materials stated that QBW can theoretically reach anywhere, and that Feldt probably used Veda's systems to get in contact with him eventually. How's that for romantic closure. lol

Not every main character needs a love interest. Setsuna specifically was more concerned about fixing everyone else's problems (on top of saving the world) than getting his dick wet. Truly best Gundam MC.
