Because it's a well balanced series. It had comedy, it had drama, great villains, great chemistry between the teams and a well developed story, if a bit silly at times. The songs are just right and fit the series.

I'm not saying the rest of the seasons aren't, because I loved Megaranger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters, Kyoryuger and many others, and those are wildly different between each other, it was the way they were played out like (except for Kyoryuger's ending.
