Well there was that one episode. Heroman might be my favorite interpretation of the boy and his robot relationship, even if it's not the best show of that kind because Joey starts the show by saving and in a way creating Heroman and then as the series goes on he goes from just giving it commands and standing on the sidelines to getting powers of his own and directly helping Heroman in fights. It's a great dynamic and I wish more shows had the boy in a boy and his robot contribute more in the fights in that fashion.
