Yeah, first game was pretty terribad, probably in part due to being a really early PS2 game, but the second one is a genuinely great game. My favorite game on the PS2 in fact.

Seriously just play the fucking game. Granted the second runner was better, but it's not like I didn't enjoy the first. Plus "Kiss Me Sunlight" is a great song and I really enjoyed the story.
