YOU WERE EXPECTING A NEW CHAR CLONE, BUT IT WAS ME, CHOCOLATE LOLICON!
Aside from the hair color he's more of a Garma clone than a Char clone. There's even a scene where he's at a party being a ladies man and then leaves for the woman he actually plans on marrying while his friend chills out alone. IBO seems like it just swapped their hair color in a piss poor attempt to screw with our expectations.
Okay, you better have a damn good reason for turning Chocolate Man into a Char halfway through the show, Okada.
Which is why I'm expecting Gaelio to reveal himself as the true clone any time now.
I'm guessing his fiancé gives him the mask and the wig, maybe thinking he'll wear it at a ball. Then McGillis wears it on the battlefield, to remember her, since she's going to suffer because she's associated with him, a conspirator.
Here's hoping we get what's basically "Char's happy end" with him.
Right down to marrying the loli and not deciding to drop shit on earth. Except maybe the Tekkadan ship and crew. Because they deserve to burn, crash, and burn some more.
This show has too much padding in it. The events of episode 14 should have been episode 10 or 11. Way too many characters wasting time "reflecting" and not enough story moving. Whoever is in charge of writing (see: Okada) is a horrible writer that doesn't know how to cut the fat.
Cronicle looks like straight-up modified a pair of his underwear for his mask.
well it is used as a gag twice in a fan omake manga
At least he is against space rats too
