I only played Infinity but it played just like any other arcade styled flight based game on PC. Was kinda disappointed to find out you're hardly in the mecha form while playing most the time though and even when you do use it you're movement is very limited.

Don't get the director's cut of SSZ, zero support for that game, some things are borked, doesn't support the mod tools of the original.

Project Sylpheed > Strike Suit Zero. Its the same game but actually fun interesting looking and faster than a snail's pace.
