Judging by the Prana usage, I guess this is a not-Psybuster.
I'm hoping Kusuha has her @3 outfit in OG 3, it's her best look.
>It has been a while since I played so my memory is hazy, but I though Tenjou Tenga Nendou Bakusai Ken / AKA TK Burst Slash could be powered up by upgrading T-Link Knuckle etc? Or maybe I am confusing it with R-Formation?
yes you are
A most serious of names for a most serious of mecha.
He sort of did in Alpha 1. Not a horribly large amount though, so RKO was still better.
>I just want my guys to be super op since I am playing NG+ hard Kyosuke's route
...do we tell him?
WHERE THE FUCK IS DRAGON KNUCKLE?
Time for retro again. First time I came across this, I have to admit I raised an eyebrow.
Doesn't seem like it, I'm afraid. The only Tetsujins I've seen are the classic era one, and some mid-2000s reboot that I had to ask about. WRONG TETSUJIN and FX aren't in, unless you use that one anon's set of custom units to add the former into the game.
Rastaban Beam would be nice too, yeah.
What other attacks is RKO missing in OGs? I know it had 8 in Alpha 1, both forms did.
Z3-2, Custom BGM. Otherwise, closest you're getting is Haman's Theme in a game without a recruitable Haman.
That was the robot from the OVA, right?
With the magic of custom OST, she can
Speaking of which I need to start getting stuff together for OG3, even if it's mostly just gonna be vocal versions of songs and older stage themes and stuff that haven't appeared in OG yet.
Now that's someone I hadn't seen in a long time.
Just going by the name, this guy could make for interesting crosses with SD Gundam plotlines. Or even crossing over with regular Gundams, since we've already done that twice now.
The best part about custom OST is that you'll be able to set game's main themes onto finishers without having to fiddle with the music settings every time you want to watch the animation
And that's why Kyosuke's route is shit
Well, that and the whole last third of the game being non-canon
OGs was allergic to dynamic kills for some reason, and the OG team likes making every attack end in a huge explosion. OGG fixed that a bit by doing a fade to white if the enemy died on a lot of attacks but then 2ndOG went and undid that again. I think some of the new units in Dark Prison went back to doing it the same way as OGG.
>What other attacks is RKO missing in OGs? I know it had 8 in Alpha 1, both forms did.
Scale Vulcan is missing, too.
KRO's missing Sonic Shout (and maybe Fang Missile, I can't recall if they brought that back or not). Variable Drill used to be its own thing, but now it's part of another weapon, I think.
Be glad he doesn't burn his own SP for his MAP like in his game
No, wait, I actually don't know if Rayblade ever gets its own map because the game was so fucking slow and boring. Like 15 stages in and I STILL wasn't allowed to upgrade the weapons' fucking terrible damage output so I gave up.
FUCKING THIS! So awesome in MX when the EP Evas are about to om nom nom Asuka and then suddenly MATTE, Rom appears and gives his usual speech, which then kicks off this awesome song!
PCSX2 updated? Neat. The settings in the bottom left are the important ones here.
Just don't turn on texture filtering all the way and it should be fine unless Overfreeze tries to murder your computer.
>Variable Drill used to be its own thing, but now it's part of another weapon, I think.
It was pretty much always a part of Tyrant Overbreak, but it's not in 2nd. Sonic Shout is though. Fang Missile is also back.
Except RKO/KRO are probably going to be gone and we're getting SRKO/SKRO next game. Too late for that.
Interestingly, you switch between pilots with this. Basically, one Kohbu equals the whole original team, just only being able to use one at a time. Upgrading it once gives you the Paris team. Still another upgrade to go, though.
I just double checked, it's part of Sonic Javelin actually. Which is also part of Tyrant Overbreak so that threw me off too.
You can save settings in different profiles if you want, I think it's somewhere in the options. Most emulators have a similar function.
More or less, yeah, though no mid-stage switching or anything like that that comes from technically having a whole squad in one unit.
>Insert more jokes about this being a better outing for Chamber than Z3
When the infamy of a video game dictates your stats. That's definitely something.
Feel free to correct my lack of kanji knowledge here.
Marida all the way, dood. I like Yuko Kaida's voice. She's one of Elan's maids in LoE (the other's Yukana).
Puru-nee, no question about it.
Ah! There's Mr. One Range Man himself.
Its ranges are actually WORSE THAN 64, believe it or fucking not. That one move used to be 1-4.
Does it still have no ammo?
A quick notice for anyone playing SRC, as you've probably seen the entire soundtrack isn't in the game itself, I've gotten a lot of tracks that are designed to work with the game from this site here:
It's on a sort of revolving setup where new tracks open up each day, and as far as I know it only accepts midis. Some songs don't work at all with a "GM不可" next to them, so I can't really decipher why, copyright thing maybe? I dunno but those are just generic midi loops for some reason. The others that don't have that are pretty great though, if you wanted to customize the music a bit.
8 shots and that's it for his ranged attack.
So, will this Mazinger ever hit SRW?
Ah, is that what this is?
Nope, I think the original Z is as far as it goes.
I finally started watching gundam from the very beginning. I like this a lot I love how gundam shows both sides suffering and not just Zeon is all evil lol war is fun I liked the nice touch of the zeon soldiers helping that mom and her kid
So anything new happen recently with SRW translations?
Been away for a while
> Unit is the girl rather than the Striker
That's an odd way of doing it. While the witches do have powers on their own (being witches), the Striker unit is their primary mode of transportation in combat and both amplifies their innate abilities as well as better-allowing them to channel their powers into other objects. In fact, before the Strikers were invented, they used souped-up brooms with machine guns attached. Not to mention the witches can switch Strikers, like how Yoshika went from Zero to Shinden. I guess it makes sense from the perspective of which component actually has the attacks (as it's Yoshika holding the guns rather than them being attached to the Striker unit), but it still seems like an odd choice.
Someone started an Alpha 3 translation, someone else released a demo for A Portable, Alpha 1 is still going nowhere, the GCN translation is still trucking along, and the Z1 LP on Something Awful finished the ZEUTH route.
Also that one 2hu SRW got its second and third games translated.
>Wait, what's this about the third game?!
Text translation only since the third game has a different kind of encryption on it from the second so they can't insert the text.
>All those Getters
Alright, at the risk of being called a spoon-fed faggot or worse: How can I play this game
i need it
When it gets the Y-Unit upgrade, it'll take maybe two stages for Yurika to jump into your top 3 and stay there for the rest of the game. That MAP is still the stuff of marvels every time it shows up.
Usually it's very powerful, which makes up for the Aestivalis brigade being mid-tier trash only good for their cheap and spammable combo attacks. They'll almost always be shoved aside for better units, but the Nadesico itself is one of the few good battleships in SRW.
Fuck using it, though, because I can't stand Nadesico.
Guess what I found in my old PC?
(Only till Episode 10 with many errors, though I had no idea form where I got it.......)
BX is its best showing of a batch of pretty good showings (its worst is probably R, and it's just meh tier there).
Except in R and Impact, where the Aestis are just fucking GOOD. They're not bad in BX, really, thanks to the Nadesico they make excellent grunt boosters (Gekigan Flare is low finisher strength but has spammability), AND boss beaters (combos in BX are in general really good for boss kills.)
So who should I pick?
I'm leaning toward SPACE WOMAN at the moment, but I'm still not entirely sure.
It has come to my attention that after 800 threads, we have yet to ask ourselves the most fundemental question regarding giant robots:
Which unit has the cutest drill?
SRW OG ps2 version
English text till episode 10
Though I am not sure if it's real or not
BX has the whole Inspire thing that makes everyone ridiculous.
It's not a bad idea per se, they just really need to balance it more than "bonus=pilot level" because that makes it useless early and horribly broken late game.
I might try to make a comparison shot of all the Getters if Paint can make it look decent, but that's for after I get back to the computer.
As it stands, Shin Dragon is indeed pretty much the beefiest, and has combos with Shin Getter (both Toei and Neo versions), but aside from that they at least try to make the various Getters unique.
Both Shin Getters have a different kind of Regen, Getter Rekka operates on a third mechanic dictating the proportional strength of it's moves, New Getter has a Getter Rays ability, Getter Go gets a super mode, Getter Arc has elemental properties in it's finisher...
64 has upgrade carryover, right? I won't be wasting my money by upgrading the Svanhild?
And is 64 the one where Limit is busted?
Pretty sure Limit is useless in 64, yeah. Also, abilities that give evasion and accuracy bonuses (Newtype, Holy Warrior, etc) act as if they're at their highest levels, giving the maximum bonus at all times. Unfortunately, the damage boost on Holy Warrior doesn't work at all.
Super mode, yeah. At least, in the menu it still starts out as Go before you trigger it to Super Getter Go. Normally parts like that would attach and become the default, like the Dendrobium or the Meteors, but for Go it seems like your standard morale thing.
Though if it does have morale requirements, maybe it'll be hilariously low. I'm not sure if some do and some don't, since you can send Fighbird for example all the way to his last form on the first turn if you have it.
Finally, after nearly a month my copy of BX came in
>GGG on stage 1
Also the puzzle robo in this is super easy compared to earlier games. There's no longer an insane one that requires a page and a half of steps to take
On the other hand, in J there were a lot more L size mechs. In BX, it's just... What, Gekigangar types, generic Primevals, and a few Raijin-Oh enemies of the mooks and minibosses?
>Also the puzzle robo in this is super easy compared to earlier games. There's no longer an insane one that requires a page and a half of steps to take
Do you have to download those, or do they come with the game? Because if it's the latter, then goddamnit.
You buy them. It's...I think it was 4100 yen for all puzzle robo and all other dlc stages. 28 puzzle robo stages, I think 30 dlc scenario stages.
Thankfully the Japanese eshop takes US credit/debit cards no problem, unlike psn.
Hey, so someone asked for some particular SRC Custom Units from VNs last time and one of them was Full Metal Daemon Muramasa.
Ok, so like I said, there was no sprites and no data done but I took a shot anyway - the thing is, I never actually read Muramasa being that it's the VN with an infamous reputation for being one of the hardest Japanese pieces of fiction to read, so everything I come up with here is from 2nd hand material sources and maybe someone who actually finished it can tell me if there's anything wrong (I'm definitely sure I missed out weapons or screwed up with the Kanji somewhere)
Also doing the research on this, apparently I had some really weird misconceptions about the units in the series - from all the PVs I saw I thought they were giant Super Robots but apparently in reality, they're more like Power Armor usually around 3m and the MC unit is only like 9m tall?
Anyway, here is the 1st form...
Ok yeah I just checked. I bought 5k yen worth of credit to make things easier, and I had 900 left after getting all the dlc. Thanks to the strong dollar right now, it was less in american money, came down to 42 bucks for the 5000 yen.
The problem with Akito is that Aestis are meant as cheap units that rely on infinite EN gimmick and their combos to be any good. In BX it's not really a problem as his combos are with the ever-present Akatsuki and BX made combos in general OP as fuck, but in J or A he ends up completely useless if you don't save Gai's ass for him to combo with.
... and this is the upgraded form with added weapons (Upgrade to Rank 5 to unlock since I can't use SRC's standard upgrade method)
Are you man enough to use that final attack?
I got more use out of either of them solo then I did out of the Carrier Beagle, and everyone loves that thing.
I used all three to the end.
Three. Since he can spam his EN moves, the Lance and Gekigan Flare are ridiculously good at handling minibosses (and mooks), and you underestimate the values of comboattacks in BX since they can do absolute batshit damage.
Why bother with shitty distortion punches when you have Dunbine + Todd, or Final Jigoku Special rivaling the fucking HTB Cannon in terms of damage and spamability? Akatsuki manages to be the shittiest out of all the shit characters in Nadesico anyways so he can keep the bench nice and toasty. Akito too.
And 90% of mooks die in one hit from like... anything at 5 upgrades or more so it's not like cost to power matters much in BX. Everything is cheap and everything hits like a truck.
> you underestimate the values of comboattacks in BX since they can do absolute batshit damage.
It doesn't matter when you've got other more robust units who can pull fine numbers against bosses, not counting obvious MC units like GGG or Gorg.
Akito is the unusual case of an MC being worse than almost every other unit from his show, because the Aestis are built around combo attacks and Akito's are usually with Gai, who you have to go through secret requirements to save, and comes back very late when you actually do get him back so that Akito suffers through most of the game without the one good thing about the Aestivalis. BX fixes this by pairing him with Akatsuki instead, but Akatsuki is a cunt and nobody wants to deploy him ever.
The one exception I've ever found is AP, where plugging Akito in the Lunar Frame and stuffing Range parts down his throat is encouraged by the game so he can solo a boss and net you an SP Regen skill part, one of only three in the game, and doing this happens to also make him a pretty great support attacker in a game where you have to rely extensively on support attacks. However, since this also means his Range will be a few hundred points higher than his Melee, it means his combo with Gai will actually be weaker than his Lunar Frame finisher, so there's no point in saving Gai. Which is great if you're like me and hate Gai, and good even if you don't because that means you can get Master Asia instead.
>And 90% of mooks die in one hit from like... anything at 5 upgrades or more
More than 5. Sometimes not even 10. 15 in most cases but you need to be at least level 45 unless you want to use an expensive attack.
The only grunts I had trouble one-shotting with an average unit were those annoying Raijin Oh smog monster things. And the late game purple crystal ones.
And considering how easy it is to hit 80+ by the end of the game, 45 isn't all that high.
Because Dunbine is shit at killing mooks due to terrible EN efficiency? And before you correct yourself to Bilbine, don't bother, it's just as bad, those fucking cannons are literally completely useless. Aestivalises can tone it down.
And saying they aren't as good as Mazinkaiser SKL is one of the stupidest things I've heard because Mazinkaiser SKL is completely and utterly broken, almost as good as King J-Der, Flit, and the Nadesico and in some regards better than all of them.
Not really. 32 out of 48 isn't that bad. Really late would be anything that comes after 41 if you ask me - so, the X-Aestivalis, Zwauth, Wingle Zii, the UFO, and Great Jaaku Satan.
Oh, speaking of which, decent time to mention the X-Aesti is actually an ok unit in this game.
My only real concerns with BX's pacing are:
>Star Gaogaigar comes absurdly fucking early, and it was done that way so they didn't have to animate normal Gaogaigar with the Goldion Hammer.
>Wizard Nu comes ABSURDLY late. He's good, but there is no reason it should have joined as late as it did.
>the tacticians get their bonuses really late
>Everything to do with the shit you get from the Raijin-Oh finale
I might quibble about the Final Mission packs lateness, but looking at when you get them in UX I'm not even going to start.
Bull and shit. Bilbine would be great if it had a good range move, but as it stands it's just a boss killer because its only range move hits like wet paper. Aestis at least can do damage with their range moves, leaving aside things like their pretty good MAPs.
>but as it stands it's just a boss killer
Really? I had it slash things after moving, same as UX, and everything turned out fine. Then again, I make no distinction between "boss-killer" and "grunt-killer". I'll let weak units kill bosses if they need the exp.
What do the Aesties have for a good range move exactly? They have the shitty 1-4P machine guns and shitty missiles if you're in the Air frame. And how the hell does any of Billbine's melee weapons hit like wet paper? Did you not give him Size Ignore or something?
Those missiles are decent, mostly because IFS boosts the damage on them to reasonable levels.
>how the hell does any of Billbine's melee weapons hit like wet paper?
No one ever wanders into range to hit with Bilbine's melee moves.
>I'll let weak units kill bosses if they need the exp.
Well, yeah, but you're not letting the Carrier Beagle or some of the other more support oriented units do most of the damage there, you're throwing Mazinkaiser SKL, Gaogaigar, or whatever else at the thing until its HP is reduced to fine enough powder that anything can kill it. Thus, "boss killer".
Oh, and of course, that's not accounting for Artillery form, which is pretty goddamn good (Though it needs B Save on every pilot you make keep that form. Same with Lunar if you like that sort of thing.)
>No one ever wanders into range to hit with Bilbine's melee moves.
Which is why you go to them you fucking idiot, same thing you have to do with the Aesties. The AI will never willingly target either of them if there's literally ANYTHING else in range, but the Aesties are tied to a slower battleship if you want to abuse their oh so amazing infinite EN for their shitty attacks, while the Nadesico is going to be taking most of the flak anyways, while Billbine can zip around all day.
>Nay, fucketh that. I'm only going to use Air and 0G.
You might consider trying it, they hit harder. Only problem is that if you ever need to move somewhere in a stage they're shit at that due to lack of P options, but they have MAPs - which I never needed or used, but hey, they are there, and they're not shit like all the other early MAPs - and can use their combo on every one of your turns because they're not using that EN for anything else.
>Fair-enough point, I guess. Even so, Shou is the lead of his pair the whole battle through.
Well, I had him with Wingle, so yeah, he typically was. Wasn't able to get him to an Ace on my first runthrough for some reason though (He ended at like 95, one of a very small number of people that didn't reach 100)
>Which is why you go to them you fucking idiot, same thing you have to do with the Aesties
No, it's the thing I do with none of my units. Those two will sit obligingly at the top of the pack, and kill all the things that aimed for Gaogaigar, the Warrior ZZ/Big Volfogg pair, or the Zaurer/Boss Borot pair that I had them dodge/defend against. And even then, things don't get into range for Bilbine to hit without the cannons a lot.
The engine is technically scriptable and you can technically do pre-J GBA tier animations in it...
But most of the JP creators just do head sprites shooting at each other because it's WAY easier
>you will always live on a different dimension from your waifu's
>You might consider trying it, they hit harder.
Uh, no thanks. Even at 10 upgrades Field Lancer and Distortion Attack were doing quite fine amounts of damage. Not like I ever used their EN on the enemy phase.
Aoi Umi No Tristia (series of Japanese only Atelier-like games, has a meh OVA adaptation that did get subbed)
>actually putting thought into BX
This isn't fucking filename here. You can Karenfag a srw game and win.
Well, whatever works for you, I suppose. They do work well at the jobs they're supposed to do, though.
I'd sort of recommend the Lunar Frame because they have the technical strongest finisher, except I don't like those and said finisher has two fucking shots. Also, they get rid of the ability to regen EN fully for... EN Regen Small. Which doesn't help fuel their combo AT ALL. Fuck those things. If I want a Spaesti, I'd use the goddamn X, late join time and lack of combos be damned.
Totally doing that this run though.
Someone who never marries any of the other characters
It's a term from pokemon, referring to Karen of the Elite Four in Gen 2 when she says
>"Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best."
Basically, a person who uses what they like over being a tierwhore. Karenfags are usually mocked in the pokemon community because pokemon DOES have definitive tiers and some pokemon just plain aren't viable on the competitive level.
Oh no, it's worse than I though
Hey I'll give that site credit where credit is due. They created an actual meta with real data behind it when GameFreak never gave a shit and expected everyone in multiplayer to just use legendaries. That takes dedication.
>Which...isn't all the content?
No, most kids just play the story and trade with their friends (which is more or less the intent of the games). The mechanics behind minmaxing is something 90% of players don't think about.
It's range-crippled like a motherfucker in MX, and in AP you need to put someone who's not Boss inside of it and give it a terrain part for flight or space. In Z1 it's usable but I'd rather just put Boss in one of the Spazers.
Instead the average player might as well not even bother playing because they're going to be Stealth Rocked into oblivion and prior to Gen VI they weren't even going to know why the opponent's Pokemon were all so fucking fast that it was impossible to even act. Tourneyfags get shit on because anyone who doesn't know the meta gets so utterly curbstomped by anyone who does that it's easier to just give up and go home rather than try to scale the learning curve that's a fucking cliff. And Pokemon's one of the easy ones when it comes to the learning curve.
So I've been rewatching The Big O since I'm old enough to appricate what's going on other than robots punching each other in the face.
Even though it was featured in SRWZ1, a lot of it got left on the floor, no? I guess because of the nature of the series, it wouldn't have been easy to work in a lot of it.
Come to think of it, it's not even on the cover.
On the note of SRW Z1, who did you send after who on Stage 38? I'm trying to hurry up and finish Rand's route so I can get to the Special Mode, and then see how far I can get with one character fighting against the other side until I get bored of it.
Who did you guys send after who?
No, it's a complete coincidence and not a reference to anything at all
It's not like the same part of Sunrise that made Big O animated a decent chunk of the 90s Batman cartoon or anything
>22nd child is better
>Ashe is better
>it's not his final form
there's no real crossover insanity. I mean the 2nd to last stage is a maze with MP EVAs and The O.
There is one stage where you fight the 3rd, 4th, and 13th angels one after another
Alright, screw trying to use Paint to make a Getter comparison picture for SRC. Was anyone still interested in seeing that comparison anyway?
Another Gundam thing I hadn't heard about until I played this game.
Custom Units updated:
-WRONG!Tetsujin 28 & Black Ox
-Full Metal Daemon Muramasa
I also made a change to the way the SV-001's self-destruct attack works - it now "transforms" you to on-foot Marco as a unit as per the original game, who isn't very good but at least you don't have to pay the repair cost if you keep him alive.
I don't know if that anon wanting to see Xenogears is still around, or if someone else happened to answer him, but I finally rolled it. Now if I could just find something ZOE-related for that other anon.
I'll check to see if he has an upgrade in just a moment, then file-edit myself to the requirements if he has one.
Yeah, he's got two upgrades. Xenogears will be incoming soon, in the meantime, here's the first upgrade.
He also gets to remove his limit like the rest, don't know if it's much of an improvement, but it's there.
Here's another one of those ones I wouldn't have expected to find in the game the first time I rolled one.
Kinda cute though.
I'm the anon who requested it, and that attack list does have problems, I suppose you have taken cues from simchamber, right?
Anyway, the first list should be (kinda) like this:
- Enchant Plus 1-3+ Suck the enemy in + Katana Slash (kinda like Big O's M.B. Anchor)
- Enchant Minus 1-3+ Push the enemy away + 鋼糸連擲・貫
- 飛蝗 1-2 (Dagger throw attack)
- 鋼糸連擲・貫 1-4 (Some kind of electric handgun not from original material, I've taken this from Baldr Sky Dive X's data)
- Wakizashi 1 (Small sword slash
- 鋼糸散擲・壊 1-3 (Same from Dive X, looks like a electric shotgun))
- Katana 1 (Medium sword slash)
- 電磁抜刀・呪 1-3, (Ranged battou swordwave finisher)
- 電磁撃刀・威 1-2P (Overhead finisher)
- 電磁抜刀・禍 1 (Charged katana finisher)
One more thing, Yoshino Onryuu Gassen Reihou is not an attack, it's a swordskill discipline from the Minato family.
Oh, and can you show me how to edit the game data? I want to try making my own units too.
Yeah, I tried to piece together what it was supposed to have from SimChamber and a bunch of other random JP websites.
>Oh, and can you show me how to edit the game data? I want to try making my own units too.
All custom units go into the data\ローカル folder - the bare minimum you need to do is entries in the robot.txt and pilot.txt file... of course, you might want to edit "Animation" and maybe "Pilot_Dialog" if you can actually write Japanese battle dialogue.
You can look in the SRC dungeon game files in the "data/味方" folder for examples as to how the files are supposed to be formatted. It looks really confusing at first until you eventually get used to it.
To add the units into the game, check out the CustomUnits.eve file I included - it's basically just 3 lines of scripting for each new unit - just change/replace the Unit/Pilot Name as appropriate.
That's nice, they let you switch out to any of your preferred male F protagonists.
That's just asking for it to be overwritten whenever you update it to a new version whereas the "local" folder is left untouched by updates.
Plus it won't show up in the game anyway if you don't script it to do so.
Speaking of the Muramasa data, I just randomly entered whatever for both Kagaeki and Muramasa's spirits, so if you have better suggestions for them, I'll change it on the next pass.
Scratch that, it's not all male, Patricia's one of the options for the Gespenst.
If these games have been planned out ahead of time on what series are going to stay and go, and how the story is going to play out between them, then I guess so.
If we're just going to be adding more into what was otherwise a great standalone, and have to cut details because we're trying to get out one a year or some shit like that, then I'll pass. I'll happily wait many years for a great SRW like Z rather than have something like Z2 and have it cut in half. Less said about Z3, the better.
>If these games have been planned out ahead of time on what series are going to stay and go, and how the story is going to play out between them, then I guess so.
You say that like the Alpha series wasn't written on the seat of their pants.
Look up page/sp.html in the SRC Dungeon folder and just use the Japanese names so we can avoid things like "Which Faith are we talking about, the SP restoration one or the Healing one?"
I'm certainly not saying that the Alpha series is any better in that regard.
I especially don't like how yet again, Late UC units are the first to get the boot in @3, while the entire gang from 0083, Zeta and ZZ Gundam get to hang around, and it's literally right after Crossbone's first and only time in a SRW.
But basically, I'd rather a good stand-alone game than have a trilogy, because it always means compromises and an arguable decrease in quality
If anyone has there 3ds hacked like i do,
I found SRW BX but I think it needs to be a cia
If anyone can make a cia for it we could play.
I looked around for a SRW UX cia and there was one on 3dsiso but all the links for it are dead.
If any of you has a cia for that game it would be cool to share.
SRW .cia files are so five threads ago.
>If these games have been planned out ahead of time on what series are going to stay and go
The big problem is that their plans constantly get ruined because of licensing issues - Giant Robo anyone?
Thank god for /m/.
Its sad that fe fate got a whole translation somehow and I cant even find a cia for these games without coming here.
Im guessing these games are region free and work on rxtools?
Should i play UX first or BX?
but it seems 3ds translation is not hard, at least hacking wise snice two groups are doing monster hunter and fire emblem. maybe we could get these translated one day.
Why should Muramasa have Assault? The Armor has little to no ranged attacks. Should have changed that to Flash. Gain should be changed to Accel, so Kageaki could have Invincible
Also, what is Sympathy?
>Its sad that fe fate got a whole translation somehow
That isn't a good thing
yeah but they got it in less than 3 months, and i hear its not that bad besides some....
but for a whole game like FE to get translated in such a short time is crazy compared to how long we have to wait for anything...
Im guessing there has been no word on alpha..
Is ux animation wise on par with bx, or did bx really make it better? just wondering which I should play first and not suffer with the other. Do both have some of the same series?
Has he said, well anything at all? He didn't release anything for Christmas?

I could've sworn last summer he came here and posted "Summer 2016. No really, I'm serious this time. Probably"

The sprites in UX while nice are much more noticably lower quality sprites than BX. UX feels like upscaled DS sprites half the time.
So I can now see how Demonbane plays and also hear this
in a srw.
Im only basing it off youtube videos, but now that im about to play them i can check them out.
You know the sad part is I never understood that nickname and it really was some sort of fuck up.
I was actually know as a haman lover far before that when i first started coming hear to ask about gundam and talk about zeta. I think it was some weird ass idea from a random person that i was someone from somewhere else.
But some of the older games look good.
No anon, bad anon.
>Jehuty attack followed by Buriki Daioh assist
>tfw you'll never see this in SRW ever
>just wondering which I should play first and not suffer with the other
Just play them both, there's no "suffering" involved. They're both good games.
Play UX first, then follow it up with BX.
Small Custom Units update - Muramasa has the suggested data changes made to it.
And more importantly, the most /m/ SaGa Frontier character, T260G (Type 8) has been added as a Custom Unit.
Time to download
Genocide Heart as boss when?

The animations in BX are less bad (Note: less bad, not good) than in UX, but the sprites are generally prettier. Honestly, a lot of the AGE units is where you're going to find any semblance of good animation.
The sprites also generally have shit default poses making everything look like a socially awkward dwarf.
What do those expensive SP items do,something to do with Reals,Supers,Gundam types etc.
I know those cheap ones are for casting the spirit once.
Speaking of BX, I have no fucking clue how I screwed up getting Lorelai. But then, I haven't played the game in a couple months so there's that. Oh, well. I'm only on my 5th run and if my playthrough number for UX is any indication I'll probably be doing double-digits on this one, too.
No. The game doesn't have a terrain part for space.
Equip them on your leader and you get an option to change the randomly regenerated ally in the next dungeon level to a specific type.
From top to bottom:
15000: Single Unit
5000: Combiner Part Unit (probably the most useful one because it's cheap and intentionally only generates combiners parts that you already have)
20000: Super, Real, "Grey"/Hybrid, Gundam, SRW OG, Support
I can't wait to kill this bitch already
