Top 5 real robot series that have model kits?

I'm wanting to expand beyond gunpla, and am looking for more robos from different settings, and am looking for decent anime.

SPT Layzner is a good show and has some model kits in the Real Robot Revolution release.
I got the New Layzner for instance.

Most shows in the 80s had big model kit ranges. More modern stuff is harder to find though.

Anyway, Dougram, Patlabor, Xabungle doesn't really have kits but does have figures, VOTOMs has kits but they're expensive nowadays.
Dougram's Max Factory kits are expensive too. Ironfoot model is available now!

The Bandai-ECT section will show you other stuff Bandai's done. They've got Votoms, Macross (mostly Frontier), Layzner, Patlabot, and a few others. For more real robots you can check out Kotobukiya's Armored Core and Border Break series, and there's their original Frame Arms line as well. Dalong has a Kotobukiya section on the site as well, so look through there.
