The Steampunk series writer (Sakurai Hikaru) is writing Fate/GO and Babbage and Tesla looking similar to the Steampunk versions (but not the same, because different company) is entirely her doing.

And the Steampunk universe is linked to Demonbane's because Sakurai and Haganeya are BFFs so it's probably only a matter of time before they link Fate to Steampunk and Demonbane too (Haganeya's also a huge Fate/GO fan). That's if they haven't already of course, I haven't played GO and don't know.
