Toshin/Toshinden Devilman barely takes a search on the wiki, now you're just being lazy.

Neo Devilman still has over half its stories untranslated so dont say it is.

Personally, I don't count random stuff not done by the original creator or part/adaption of the official storyline. But anyway, the statement still stands because there is more translated Devilman material than there is untranslated (as in actual content, not number of titles. Most of the untranslated stuff is less than 1 volume of material or is only a single movie).
