Currently doing an story about "power armors" (different name). I wanted to do an homage to Gundam and its anti-war thingy... but mobile suits were too much.
Anyways, it's going to be a book with a picture page per every page with words, and all going to be free... my question was what kind of things do you guys would like to see in such work? I'm not asking so I can change things, but I might take consideration

I hate that Digimortal was only one chapter, it seems really interesting. Abara, written by the same dude shares some similarities.
Bio-boosted armor fine?

I love Guyver. Will we ever see a proper conclusion so all of it can be animated?
>>11261014
New content is still coming out but it seems like its one of those manga's that will end when the creator dies =/ which is a shame.
>>11261101
>>11261101
That's too bad. It's so underrated. Really wish we had a Guyver game too.
>>11261159
>Really wish we had a Guyver game
developed by platinum, that's a must
>>11261159
have you tried prototype, about as close as you can get really..
>>11260989
If you consider that this frame DOES NOT REQUIRE EXTERNAL POWER... Well, it`s quite impressive IMHO.
>>11261250
Or Warframe
>>11261159
>>11261250
Prototype imitates the powers of Aptom.
>>11259331
Not powered armor but definitely an exoskeleton.
>>11261269
It's basically a HULC suit with a ballistic shield attached. Not that that's bad per se, just awkward.
>>11261278
Basically, Aptom is just a collection of awesomeness. Major creeper tho
>>11264216
Why are Elementals so fucking awesome?
>>11264817
>>11264812
Is this from a recent enough chapter? I don't remember this.
>>11264864
Yea sorta, Guyver 1 vs Guyver 3, showdown between Gigantics with Guyver 1 bringing out his exceed. Guyver 1 apparently wins.
>>11265600
Well... Did it bring anything closer to conclusion? Or is it still better to wait until the very end before catching up?
>>11265648
They keep introducing stuff, now you have Appolyn, hunting Zoalord crystals, maybe an agent of the Creators. So far he seems to be the strongest minus maybe Alkaphel or the Gigantic exceed. But nothing yet as to a conclusion.
>>11259325
How can i make one IRL?
>>11265735
Ahem, Applyon was introduced pretty long ago, I've read far beyond point of his introduction.
Ok. I'll just consided that I forgot about that battle between Guyvers due to reading it long ago. I'll need to reread eveything from the very start if Takaya ever finishes it I guess.

I hate to ask, but what is the point to armoring the area directly in front of your face and leaving only glass panes to the side for you to see out of? Or is there supposedly a monitor in the direct front and the side panes are for peripheral vision?
>>11270081
Myself I'm not sure it's anatomically possible to fit the operator legs in it.
>>11270147
Any time I see power armor where it's anatomically impossible, I always assume that the operator's limbs are all in the torso area or he's using limb extenders (e.g., his hands only reach out to the elbow and everything in front of that is all mechanical, or the legs are still in the torso)
I never really liked the marine armor in SC1, the second game did it much better. When you consider this suit is worn by one of the game's weakest units you realize just how much firepower is being thrown around.
>>11270160
I was thinking the same thing, he's curled up on a little seat inside the chest with a wee control panel infront of him.
>>11270185
Eh I like the classic style, but then again there isn't much about SC2 that I do like.
>>11270185
I think the Terrans themselves are what Starcraft did right, really. The Zerg and Protoss were just ripoffs of the Tyranids and Eldar from 40k, but the Terrans managed to differentiate themselves from the Imperium through the whole "hillbillies in space" thing. Nobody'd really done that before, IIRC, though Serenity/Firefly had some of that later.
>>11260682
a Char clone, please
>>11260682
I'd like to see both good writing and good art. I have pretty powerful doubts you can deliver on either of these things though, otherwise you wouldn't be on 4chan asking for suggestions.
