The only idea I had for this was a "Weird Shit happens to Office Workers in Japan" route.

You'd have Patlabor, Dai Guard, Trider G7, J-Decker and Bio-Boosted Armor Guyver on a single route, with lots an lots of KEIKAKU between the mega-corporations and Zaibatsu firms, trying to outdo the others while our heroes run aroud circumventing natural disasters, kaiju attacks and conspiracies to try and keep the peace. Cronos Corp. throwing Zoanoids against Schaft's military grade Labors, that sort of thing.

Maybe throw Gasaraki, GoGiaGar and Betterman in there too.

OC has a normal typical day at school, then all of a sudden, Monsters and Zeon MS abound! This is when the holy trinity makes their "awaken" scene (1st time launch of their machines) and the OC gets picked by Eldran to pilot a new mech that's not related to the Eldran mechs... specifically, a new Banpresto Original machine. (Before the battle begins, you get to pick which Original machine you'd use for the entire game.)
Starting mechs: Original machine, Shin Mazinger (w/o God Scrander), New Getter 1, RX-78-2 Gundam (The Origin ver.)

Me, it would be my dream SRW of having manga versions of the shows.

Super Robot Wars Æs (handheld standalone, 3DS or Vita)

Nearly 60 years after stopping Axis and making peace with the Zentradi, the 13th Romefeller Foundation-funded Gundam Fight is underway. However, certain groups have grown tired of this supposed false peace, and are looking to undermine the peace and begin new conflicts on the Earth. At the same time, Dr. Hell's armies have risen up, various alien factions are amassing, Zonders have started popping up, and even larger threats are soon to come...

Since it's S1 Rinne, they'd still be joining close to the endgame, so secret would be more getting them early (like halfway through). A Yurikano secret though, that's a thought...

Warning for last part, Originals:

Real pilot is a mid-20's dude named Vassilis Cyril who's an unrelenting asshole towards his foes, going out of his way to mock, taunt, and infuriate them, but acts like a particularly snarky drinking buddy to his allies. Pilots the RVX-5 "Tsar Thunder," a transforming mech that operates using the Maxwell Field system, which smacks entropy around like it owes it money, giving passive minor EN and HP regen as well as a "stealth" system that works by overloading an opponent's sensors for a short time, superficially similar to the Deathscythe's Hyper Jammer. Attacks include standard fare vulcans, solid projectile and beam rifles, along with handguns and a variety of melee equipment, most prominent being a large axe.

Super Pilot is a 17 year old Ward of the State raised at a JSDF base named Orika Thokcha. Spunky, flirty, openly bi girl, unashamed fan of many fellow big-name Super pilots. Pilots the JSDF-1001 "Volkaiser," a beefy visor-eye'd (ala Ideon, the Jims, Jegans, etc) Super that has the same Maxwell Field system in it, instead having a barrier and better EN regen. Attacks are the usual Rocket Punch (followed by a diving jump-kick), Visor Beam, melee weapons (twin katar/pata beam blades), and chest-mounted energy weapon (a high-power electrolaser).

In 64, they save him by infusion of Getter. In Shin, fuck Shin. In Impact, he gets pulled out of the Devil Gundam at the last second by Tobikage (ninja bro4life) and points out that he is a cyborg and had no reason he should have been forced to die with the Devil Gundam, and also that dying without leaving a body is the ninja way.
