What mechs have had too many doughnuts?

that ines just wearing its winter coat
EVERY SINGLE ZEON MS IN ZZ
FAT FUCKS ALL OF THEM
DISGUSTING
>>15001726
So why exactly are Zoids animal-like?
Why not just build a humanoid mecha body around the Zoid Core? For that matter, can a Zoid Core be built into whatever Zoid someone wants it to be?
Does a Zoid Core somehow indicate which chassis it wants to be? Do humans build a body/armaments around the Zoid Core or is a Zoid "born" with a mecha body around the Core?
Because they are the native life of planet Zi
>>15001442
The original Zoid were naturally-occurring living metal organisms, which had control systems implanted into them by humans. So while they've been artificially cultivating Zoid Cores and then building bodies around them for a long time now, animal shapes remain popular due to tradition.
>>15001457
It's not just tradition. A Zoid core is naturally adapted to a body it's for. You install a Snail-type Zoid core into a Gorilla-type body, you're gonna have either a big ol' catastrophe or a whole lotta nothin'.
There are Zoids-like humanoid mecha, though -- Z-Knights. Wish there was more info on them.
Literally one of the dumbest shows I ever watched.
Hideaki Anno? More like Hideous Anus.
>Hideous Anus.
That really made me rofl OP.
>>15001265
Tfw when its not even mecha, good job OP
>>15001362
It's a giant robot
Often I hear people say that Evangelion had a massive influence on anime. But they never mention how it changed anime or any explicit examples of shows inspired by it.
So specifically, what did Eva change about anime?
Also general eva thread.
>>14999538
Nothing. It changed nothing. we've always had dark themes, psychological and religious imagery and more "serious" mecha shows.
Eva didn't change shit.
>>14999538
Terrible, unlikable waifus became the norm
>>14999579
every time somebody uses Ideon for their shitposting it makes me want to watch it less
was this part of your plan?
Doesn't matter what they're from, post them.
and another
does this count?
also, what's with kojimo's fetish for ptsd girls?
>people are kinda being assholes to each other, like in Zeta
>Buff Clan uses bipedal personal vehicles, like those whatsitcalled thingies that the Capital Guard uses in G-Reco
>a war between two sides is accidentally triggered because of the recklessness of some woman, like in Turn A Gundam
>Cosmo's dad, who was a part of the excavation of the Ideon, gets killed in the battle, just like how Tem Ray got sucked out of Side 7
>Bes literally pulls out a miniaturized beam saber and cuts the legs out from under a Gadakka
>all this in the first fucking episode
I mean, the production values for this show already look way better than 0079's (not that that's hard to accomplish), but Jesus, I think Tomino's penchant for recycling plot points is almost as great as Urobuchi's.
This is gonna be a fun series to watch.
>>14996252
Its not recycling, its his aesthetic.
>>14996252
>>Buff Clan uses bipedal personal vehicles, like those whatsitcalled thingies that the Capital Guard uses in G-Reco
I thought those bipedal vehicles in G-Reco were a reference to Xabungle.
>>14996466
He also has them in Dunbine.

***READ THE GUIDE***
For those new to gunpla/plamo or even just new to this thread; please read the guide. Please read it before asking questions, as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model". If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here!
If you're new, you're gonna fuck up. Don't worry! If you're experienced, don't make the new people worry!
>Why won't anyone answer my question?
Try being specific, especially about your materials and process. Post pictures whenever possible; even if the kit/part looks bad, you are more likely to get help posting pictures.

***Graze Group Build***
Rules:
Pick any 1/144 or 1/100 kit from the Graze family (Pic Related), and paint and customize it. As far as customizing it, I'm going to place a limit on that. The limit is 50% additions to the kit.
To define 50%, look at it like this, you could take a Graze Ritter and replace the arms (including shoulders), legs, and backpack and I'd call that 50%. I'm not counting handheld bits in that. If you're unsure of something please ask in IRC, the thread, or email.
Start Date: 12/1/16
Due Date: 2/1/17
Submissions go to
[email protected]
Submission format
Please submit photos in jpg via a compressed file (zip, rar, or 7zip), please don't link images to imgur or photobucket or the like. Please also include some WIP photos of the kits being constructed/painted/etc as validation that it's your custom.
Tfw i havent been able to build a kit in a month because of my hand, how are your builds going /m?

Guin was "our guy", he's got good taste in women.
Been released, but no one seems to have noticed. Kinda shitty they don't automatically include the expansion, but sell it separately. I haven't played it since 1999 myself. I wonder if it holds up.
Also it has official multiplayer servers too.

no one?
Is it sim or arcade?
>>14991967
I had no idea about this at all and I'm probably the biggest Battlezone fanboy I know.
Then again, when the original game works just fine with the free patch and is available for free... why buy this?
I'd be willing to give Asian Moot 10 bucks if we could get some moderation on this board or even a janitor.

Why is it that the mods jump on anything even remotely political, regardless of how serious, but then let assholes like the various spammers, snapfit, etc. go unchecked?

I hope Piranha can do a better job this time since they aren't F2P anymore and are using UE4 instead of Cryengine
Focus is on Single Player this time. Footage shows a very early build as the game isn't expected until 2018

so fucking hyped for this shit
apparently it's being developed by a different team from MWO
hopefully they deliver

A group of land speculators aggressively drive cyclists out of a local private park, claiming that they are about to build a factory there. When their deed on the land checks out, the local community rallies around Mr. Tsuruoka, the local bike shop owner, and his son Hiroshi, a longtime friend of Solbrain. The campaign against the land speculators seems to be going well, until Mr. Tsuruoka suddenly drops his support. Tsuruoka has a shocking secret in his past, and it may be something that ruins both him and the community.
Notes:
A Sagiyama episode. But surprisingly, this episode doesn't have any magical psychic girls, talking stuffed animals, or other unthematic elements. This is a rather dramatic episode about the cycle shop owner, Mr. Tsuruoka, who appears in the ending credits and a handful of episodes throughout the series (I believe this is actually his last). He's grown a beard in this episode. Turns out that he has a secret past that led him to open his cycling shop.
I actually really like this episode all things considered. I think that even though it's a low-threat episode, it's a good piece about human beings. The writing was sharp and fun to translate. For a Sagiyama episode it's by far one of her most interesting. Hope you enjoy.
>>14988323
It's interesting/good that even Sagiyama shows some restraint every once in a while.
That being said, thanks yet again. Also, how is the Solbrain backlog coming along?
Thanks as always, m8.

I have a singpoare PSN account so I could download the dlc from Gundam Breaker 3. Would I be able to do the same for this game if I buy some version from Hong Kong?
