Why does no one talk about Gunbuster when talking powerlevel autism?
The outer scouts of the Space Monster fleet had 8 billion units which can fight at a fraction of lightspeed.
this shit is crazy if you crunch up the logistics just from the background talk in the show
>>15310882
Because powerlevel autism is above planet busting or universe busting these days.
It has to have some sort of power over some sort of over-arching meta-narrative.
Basically, Cosmic Armor Superman, Elder God Demonbane, and Mazinger Zero

Aquarion Logos made power level discussions useless

Looks like our game master just stole ideas from a kid.
>You'll never be so mad at a kid that sent in his own characters for games that you sperg out and send him a game demo filled with a virus that kills people, then stalk him for the rest of his life and force him to get a surgery to fill him with even more of the virus you sent him as a kid

What's keeping Toei from producing a third season of Robot Girls Z?
>Make a show about cute girls wearing mecha costumes
>No merch came out from it
It's like Toei hates money

They really should sell chogokins of the characters already, namely Gai-chan.
So I get how Zeon might have been able to defeat the Federation in Space and around the colonies in the One Year War, what with their troops having grown up in that environment.
But how did Zeon occupy large parts of the Earth? How did a people with little to no experience in ground operations (and all the logistics and supply problems those entail) defeat the Earth natives on their own turf?
Even the equipment they use show how inexperienced Zeon is in ground combat (look at how the Federations tank is an actual double-cannon tank while the Zeon "tank" is a fucking fighter-jet slapped on top of a machine-gun carrier.)
Mobile suits were that big a deal. The Federation instantly shit their pants.
>>15299993
Zeons conquest of Earth was initally very successful due to a combination of the Federations absolute incompetence against Mobile Suits, along with Zeon leading a lightening war campaign by basically hitting the Federations most critical bases right off the bat.
Odessa: An absolute victory for Zeon due to the Federations arrogance and Zeon slamming a good portion of its best commanders and pilots into a massive shock and awe assault on the territory. Absolutely taken by suprise from losing the base so quickly, the Federation were unable to guard its line effectively in Europe and Eurasia, leading to a very quick occupation of much of those areas.
North America: Unlike the utter humiliation that was the first battle of Odessa, the Federation actually had an extremely well fortified underground fortress called California Base that worked quite well against Zeon. Only due to some clever maneuvers by the Midnight Fenrir unit and Garma himself were Zeon able to take advantage of some of the bases geographical flaws and used them to strike directly into the base while the majority of the Federation were focused on guarding the surface layers of the fortress. Taking the Federation by suprise, they not only managed to capture the base nearly undamaged, but also stole the design to the Federations U-Con submarine design, which eventually fueled the race for amphibious Mobile Suit designs. With California utterly crushed, New York and the entire East coast quick submitted to a cease fire due to Garmas crushing influence.
Africa: Initially a tough fight for both sides with the Local African population leading heavy anti-government raids against both sides outpost and bases, eventually Zeon used one of its own officers named "Desert Rommel" to convince many of the African tribes to unite under Zeon and used that loyalty to scout out and hunt any pro-Federation sentiment across the continent.

So why didn't Zeon attack the Federation directly in their heart in South America as soon as they could?
Why is it that the non-animated Gundam series gets the best themes?

the crossbone theme will be used in the anime too, don't worry.

What is the best Ultraman series?
normal people: Ultraman & Ultraseven
pleb answer: Ultraman X & Orb
patrician answer:Ultraman Zero
>>15215034
Return is better than Ultraman, to be honest. Tiga and Gaia are also pretty good.
>>15215022
>What is the best Ultraman series?
Tbh, most of them
I haven't seen ZZ. How did they get Elpeo Ple's mobile suit?
>>15311328
it wasnt it was marida's MP
They didn't. Puru had the Qubeley MK. II, while the Puru Clones, aside from Puru 2, had Qubeley Mass Production Types. That was what was shown in Unicorn.
>>15311328
that decals qt as fuck
So, about a week ago I had watched the first episode of Tetsujin 28 subbed on Youtube. However, when I came back to watch episode 2, both videos had been removed, and there's no trace of them anywhere. Am I crazy? Can I find these subs anywhere else?
>>15310753
We talking OG Tetsujin like your picture or RIGHT Tetsujin? The Imagawa one?
>>15310831
The 1963 original, yes.
>>15310753
Did you search your browser history? I'd love to watch the original series and read the manga.
Where can I find quality rips of Gundam 0080?

Did anyone here play G-Breaker: Legend of Cloudia for the PS2? It's hard to find info online about it, even on the japanese web.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eDqaj17ymA
It's a mix of VOTOMS with Armored Core, if anyone is interested. You play as a robot that can roller dash (like VOTOMS) and you can mix parts to customize your robot (like AC). I've finished it once, so I'm looking for info on it.
The game itself is rather mediocre, but fun nonetheless.
I recognise that song from that getter mad.

The OP and ED are from JAM Project.
is Bernie a "Char clone" in the reused-character-design sense?
Is Ensign Riddhe also a "Char clone" in the same sense?
Does that mean 0096 has TWO Char clones?
>>15309428
You are a Char clone OP.
>>15309428
>Anyone who's blonde is a Char
Are you retarded, OP?
>>15309428
He's a Johnny Ridden clone.
MUH BAEL
>>15308751
It bothers me that they're using the Bael spelling rather than the more popular Baal one.
>>15308834
>Bael and Baal distaff from one another
>Baal surfaces in a post-series manga in the hands of some outta-nowhere "kill everyone" faction (idk, some kind of Jupiter Empire clone trying to zerg everyone with mini-Hashmals)
>so many edgy upgrades have been grafted onto Baal that its new designation is "Baal Zeboul"
>the son of a bitch Repels Gun
/m/, I have fond memories of series like Tekkaman, Guyver, Detonator Orgun etc.
Are there any other "space armor bonding to humans" series out there that you'd recommend?
Sadamitsu the Destroyer
If you're not terrified of western crap
Gaseraki?
