It was also nice to see Mars being put to use for something in a Gundam anime for a change.

Miller's Report is just a compilation of the first 8 or 9 episodes of the series with a small side plot that ties it together. Chronologically happens before the final assault on the zeek mountain base and so that last few episodes are not included.

There's also Battle in Three Dimensions which is a short film of one of the team's battles taking place some time before the climax of the show.

If you're like the first anon who likes to find fault in a tv show or prefers muh gritty dark TV show like IBO, then it's not for you.

It's very fun. For the most part, it's an oldschool episodic series with all the pros and cons that brings with it. If you want a lighthearted comedy about a quirky group of cops facing goofy criminals (though it can get more serious in some episodes) then it should be right up your alley.

The only major complaints I personally have with it are that a lot of stuff wasn't really fully explored due to lack of time, such as the new recruits in season 2 not getting enough focus and suddenly hitting character development in the last episode; season 2 having action scenes that ended very quickly and that sometimes had Orange's animation be MJP levels of "kinda too fast" when season 1 didn't really have that problem; and there not being enough lewds.

I know the movie was like a weird meta-comentary on Anime Compilation Movies and how the characters not wanting to rapidly age to death was some deep musing on otaku not wanting things to change, but what was AO about other than a retcon gun and the truth being a secret that turns into the end
