Everything but Might Gaine has good subs. The only thing that's left to be done is fixing the crabsticks in the last episodes of Might Gaine. Two of the Eldran series have subs now, too.

Most of Might Gaine is available in non-crabsticks. You can watch it here on Youtube, but I'm sure there's a MEGA folder or something with the actual episodes in it if you wanted to download them.

The rest of the series are perfectly legible although what little I've seen (aka the first episode) of Subdivers' Dagwon release suggests that their translation is pretty stiff and lacking in grammatical flow. It's still perfectly readable and your brain will fill in the gaps and infer meanings, but it's very awkwardly phrased. C-M's release seems to have more natural phrasing, but their video quality isn't nearly as good and they didn't finish the whole series. I'd just go with Subdivers for that one. I'm not shitting on them; their work is invaluable and I couldn't do much better, it's just a slight nitpick.

Zeorymer's still not a bad OVA, but I'd definitely watch Dangaioh first.

Anime fans became extremely autistic from the early 2000's onward, so going all out with moeshit pandering was the only way to make Macross relevant again.

This wouldn't be such a big deal had it not been for the fact that the series overall just became way more formulaic than it was before. We're never again going to get anything that truly goes beyond our expectations like Plus and Zero did. Just shitty DYRL/7 rehashes for as long as it lives.

It was alright, it was a little hard to get into at first. It's obviously a kid's show first and foremost. I thought that its biggest problem was the fluctuating quality of its animation - when it's good it's great, when it's bad it's fucking woeful.

Really their aquatic MS, niche as they are, weren't as frivolous as some of their other shit, allot of them were some of the first Mass Production (or at least limited I doubt that, as aquatic MS any of them were really built in numbers rivaling Zaku's or GM's and shit) suits with beam weapons and such, and most of them were shown being pretty damn effective.

Plus I like the idea of underwater mechs for some reason, even the Aqua GM, and the Aqua Guncanon is one of my favorite things to happen from Thunderbolt.

If they're gonna shovel out more UC, and OYW, I hope we get something focused on aquatic/close to show combat, pad out the federation side with some various aquatic suits variants of GM's or new ones, and show off some more of the Zeke stuff.
