>fighting some fucking feddie scum in space
>get leg shot off
>gee I'd better get outta here before I get killed
>turn around and thrust away
>losing leg changed center of gravity
>thrust along previous center of gravity induces a torque, start spinning in circles
Has this ever been addressed?
>>15572738
I'm guessing the OS autocorrects when they lose limbs. It's not even the most egregious case. Char was reduced to one limb in the Zeta finale, I think.
Things spin out when shot all the time in fiction. With that said most propulsion devices on robots are capable of some degree of gimbal/variable thrust and you could just reorient your limbs to change the center of gravity.
>>15572738
>complain about feddie scum
>post a Hizack
>can't even into AMBAC
Typical braindead zeek.
>still no Gundam announced openly
>Twilight Axis is literally nothing
Is Sunrise die?
>>15572506
>Thunderbolt still ongoing, new episode coming out in less than a couple of days(compilation movie probably being confirmed at the end of it like in season 1)
>The Origin 5 coming out this year
>Built fighters OVAs
I think they got this year covered

But no AU == dead
>>15572542
No one gives a shit about AUs. UC sells the most plastic.
Do you really like this crap?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3s31FNwrdO4
jesus, wtf are they wearing? Also they are all ugly.
Then you get something more modern like Macross Frontier.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpylgrmGa4M
Megumi is a qt.
>>15572077
Fuck millennial Frontier faggotry.
>mfw someone implies Frontier is good
"Interviewer: So we're planning a page for fans who don't know you (Itano) or the original Macross.
Itano: Macross Ace (the magazine this is in) is a damned bishoujo character magazine isn't it? I call it "retarded", though. Retarded character moe magazine. I think Macross (the original) was popular because of its balance, 1/3 each of cute girls, robots, and songs. But now they say mecha won't sell, robots won't sell, so they turn it into a character-based anime AND they want the fujoshi. I hate the stench of that sort of thing and so actually don't want to be in any magazine articles related to that bullshit, but I said I'd cooperate if they let me badmouth shit and here I am.
Interviewer: I... see... (tears)
Itano: I DID watch all of Macross F. It's not fair to badmouth something without seeing it (chuckle).
So, like, there's one bit where a sniper in space mounts himself on an asteroid, right? But by doing so half his field of vision is gone. And asteroids aren't stationary so his aim is going to be really unstable. And then they use sniper rifles at point blank range? I notice this sort of stuff, you know.
It's well-drawn for a TV show and they were trying, but the relationships were half-assed and the heart of the drama is way too messy. Last time we had Minmei become a human failure, but this time it was the main character (laugh). People who like this rubbish have a totally different sense from me, so I'd really be happier if they didn't know who I was at all (laugh)."
>>15572077
So back to your safe environment, kid.
For me it's combining a mecha action show with the harem formula.
>>15573582
Giants robots. I hate that shit.
Powerarmors, cool vehicles, cyborgs /m/ should stick to that short of thing
>>15573582
Nah, more like mecha with slice of life with some Iyashikei tones, mostly on the most chill episodes.
Children.
Does anyone have complete scan Gundam 00F? I've been meaning to get into the Anno Domini timeline for a while, and I wanted to read the various spin-off manga series as I watched the show.
I KNOW 00F got a complete English translation by Bandai Entertainment, but since they went down under they're out of print. If anyone has any scans, please share them!
>>15571839
Pretty happy I bought every volume
fun ride
>>15571839
>Gundam 00F
Madokami has the full release
I usually wouldn't but since /m has pulled through so many times here you go. https---manga.madokami.al-READ.txt
There is only 2 complete volumes so far I know.
Considering it's 10 years old
has anyone Re-watched Dancouga Nova for it's 10th anniversary, if so how well does it hold up for you?
>>15571628
I saw it for the first time recently since we finally got subs for the DVDs
It was fairly mediocre, about on the same level as the original Dancouga. But it was a different kind of mediocre; the original suffered from abysmal budget and bad execution of interesting ideas. Nova just felt like a generic robot show going through the motions. Generic plot, cardboard characters, bland action scenes, continuity baiting that went nowhere, and overall nothing really notable about it aside from the theme song and the mecha design.
I honestly liked it better the 2nd time, Though I did notice that on the dvd release they added additional scenes that flesh out the story and characters more, which haven't been subbed sadly.
I think it's just as good as the original Dancouga with it's action, characters, and mech designs.
My only issue with it is that it could have used more episodes or at least the Nova Equivalent to God bless, cause it felt like it missed a part in the series.

This is the most underrated protagonist Gundam in all of Gundam.
Even the Double X isn't as underrated as the AGE-3. Prove me wrong.
It's concept design was better.
>>15572956
It wasn't underrated, it was bad. Its toybait was worse than the Age-1, its base design was worse than the Age-2, and it was so useless it got completely replaced by the end of its arc. I feel sorry for it but that doesn't make it good.
>>15572956
Yeah, I liked it. Shame it didn't do much. It had a really good intro and then kind of futzed about until it got replaced.
What did /m/ think of Chappie, particularly the Moose?
It was okay just wish the fight with the Moose was longer.
It was ok but nowhere near as cool as the Prawn Suit
>>15570912
boring, gay, try hard to please Hollywood old fags
Is Dunbine isekai? Is it worth watching?
It's okay. Kind of dull, with lots of weird Tominoisms. 6/10.
>>15572107
>is dunbine isekai?
Huh? Obviously.
>>15572107
>isekai
Yes but not in the modern 'reincarnated in fantasy world' sense.
>is it worth watching?
Yeah, it's a fun show. Drags for a bit, though.
One of the worst mecha shows I had the displeasure of watching.
It's like an autist wrote it. Nothing makes sense, neither the characters, nor the plot. It's like a bad joke.
>>15569458
>It's like an autist wrote it
tomino admits that anyway
One of the best mecha shows I had the pleasure of watching.
It's like a modern day kubrik wrote it. It has a barrier for all the numbskulls who don't have two brain cells to rub together. It's literally kino
What are some 10/10 /m/ novels
Yukikaze.
Good Luck Yukikaze.
>>15569311
I don't know any 10/10.
>All you need is kill
is quite good though.

>10/10 /m/ novel
Here you go, anon.
Coming at you now is a fun little project by Kuramochi Zukan: Sence of Fun - Gundam Wing, an artbook filled with an assortment of alternative takes on the mobile suits of Gundam Wing. Not much here in the way of riveting story details but it's always nice to have more stuff available in English. Big thanks to Nozaku for his translation work. Enjoy!

Hmmmm. Interesting.
Will check it out.
>>15570492
Why are you wasting time on this drivel that isn't official material? There's loads of other projects that need done since that asshat Deacon isn't doing much of anything anymore. Then again neither is Nozaku since we haven't gotten 00P in like 7 months. Guess he's turning into Deacon too... starts and can't finish or continue.

Stop being a dick
Which /m/ organization kept their rank-and-file looking the most /fa/?
OZ perhaps.
They show uo for one episode and they're totally stealing their looks but I still very much enjoy the grunts and mooks in last exile
LoGH's Galactic Empire.
Why do they always include meatbags in a show that's focused on robots?
I think there's a few transformers shows that's an exception to this faggotry but that's about it
If it's about being relatable to the audience that's also for homos
>>15569035
It's about being relatable to the audience and yes I agree, that is for homos
Why did bender want to destroy all humans?
>>15569924
Because he's a robot.
So what's your favourite toku suit?
Pic related for me
Probably a Tossup between TheBee, Joker, FangJoker, Tajador OOOs and Genm Level X.
>>15569676
I really like genm but dangerous zombie just looks so much better imo
There needs to be more toku for men instrad of this nu male toku shit /m/ masturbates over
