I always loved the space marine armor on Quake 4.
The mechs, the weapons and the spaceships and the dropships were also cool.
Quake4 maybe not the best FPS ever but is a solid game and the general scenery and ambientation was also pretty cool, like gore halo with a lot of rust.

I really like the rough "spray" look that Turn A and CCA use, and I especially like how Turn A blends the top of the G into the A and integrates it into the logo rather than just having it in the back or off to the side like Wing, X, Victory, and ZZ do. 00 and GBF are also very nice and sleek looking.
But as far as non-Gundam logos go, I think Sousei no Aquarion and Aquarion EVOL look pretty slick while also fitting in the "triangle" theme, which emphasizes both the love triangle aspect and the 3 part combination aspect of the shows.
FLCL is also worth noting for a strong, simple, modern design.

Anyone ever thought of the prospect to hire Banpresto into making a Super Robot Wars game with mostly /co/, /tg/ and/or /tv/ properties? Things like MegasXLR, Transformers, Voltron, Swat Kats, Pacific Rim, andDexter's Lab, for example. Got any others that could fit the mold?
This discussion kind of started in another forum, and I kind of felt a need to ask here about what /m/ would think of such an idea.I know that Transformers and Voltron have a Japanese origin, but that's the reason for the "Mostly Western" part to be there in the title.

I'd say yes for the former three listed in the OP. The western audience knows those a lot more than the latter three. Moreso Transformers and Voltron than MegasXLR, despite it being a super cult classic show while also the west's strongest Super Robot bar none.
Swat Kats is also getting a continuation to the series (with a long term) courtesy of a successful kickstarter that jump started an operation headed by the original creators (since Turner, and therefore CN, no longer owns the IP). So, if anything, any people of the current generation will eventually know it better.
As for Pacific Rim, a sequel is happening soon, and apparently might continue from there, if it does better than the first one. And Dexter... well, considering how CN is nowadays, I can't really guess what might come from that. IF it ever gets a chance.

I was on the way home and going through my songs when I saw the first Walkure OST in my playlist. It's the first real OST I downloaded. I realized I hadn't listened to any Delta music since it ended so I figured I would put it on for a listen.
God why did this show have to drop the ball so hard? I was really pulling for Delta, defending it every week and I really saw the potential during the first episodes. But that second half is so fucking boring and turns to shit. Listening to those old songs really didn't help because I could really remember when certain scenes played x song and how much I liked it. Especially Axia.
And the worst part is that Delta isn't even bad for the things you'd think it'd be bad for, like too much focus on girls or plot armor or something. It just becomes so fucking boring and obviously poorly planned

After watching the first 3 parts of gundam origin i can say that the only problem i have is how char is basically invincible and can do literally everything with no problem. It was alright. Had a more light-hearted take on the franchise than was typical, which sometimes worked against it and sometimes worked for it. All in all I'd say I enjoyed it, but definitely got exasperated with it a bunch.
