How did Heero go from the space port to the oean, hide 01 and go back to the space port again, all the while under heavy fire, in the space of time it took the others to get into their shuttles? Why wouldn't OZ then know where he left 01 and recover it before Sally? How did Sally know where to look for 01?

Alright so bear with me /m/, but I was watching this show and it dawned on me that it was basically Gundam, but as a sol drama.
To sum things up the MC of this show is a newtype, however instead of merely understanding people's feelings and emotions she's able to read minds.
This causes her to hurt all of those around her and it's a constant struggle she deals with.
I found this idea really interesting because although it's not directly related it's a really interesting way to go about this kind of concept.
Why doesn't Gundam try something like this?
All we ever see is newtypes, coordinators, innovators, etc during war, but we never really see how they interact with society(outside a few instances in SEED).

Why is he the final boss of Zeta Gundam? He has absolutely no connection to Kamile at all. Couldn't Tomino have just turned Jerid into Cyber-Newtype and given him a super special mobile suit that sill gets wave-rider crashed and Kamile's brain fried instead?

What is Green Oasis? I started watching Zeta Gundam, and Camille calls it his home, etc. but it only seems to be mentioned in one episode.
