Are there any good torrents or anything to download Kamen Rider Stronger? I got episode 1 and 22-39, but I can't find 2-21. Even the fansubbing group links are dead, both the torrent and mega ones. I found a random torrent, but it didn't even start downloading after I left it for the night.

The OVA is really only there to explain who Team Fawn are in the movie, which is a bit odd since they don't have much screentime or do much in the movie.
The movie itself is just a retread of that part in the middle of the series where the Wulgaru attacked the academy on Earth and a few cute character moments. Much like the series, nothing really mindblowing happens plotwise, but it has some really good action scenes.

No. The transformation and combination parts got taken out to increase the general power. That's how it was in the same realm as Shin Getter despite having less pilots. (Though Ryoma's skill level also helped)

ITT: Talk about your favorite 70s super robot anime and manga.
I've finally finished Toeizinger, and it was altogether pretty good. The biggest criticism I have is that it was probably longer than it should've been. Even though the filler episodes could still be entertaining, if the whole show was compressed into about 30 or 50 episodes, it probably would've been much, much better overall. The "major" episodes were great.
Either way, I loved the characters, especially the villains and their infighting. The gallery of mechanical beasts were awesome, and it was great seeing things that would become standards for super robot anime for the first time. Also, Misato is so superior to Sayaka that it isn't funny. She should've been given Diana A, and Sayaka should've been left to ride along with Boss.
