"I think stories of the supernatural are actually uplifting, don't you? they all suggest that we survive death."
King: What about hell?
"I don't believe in hell."
Kubrick calling out King for fearing death and creating supernatural ways in which we can escape from it. King asking about hell (an idea that he believes in) proves Kubrick's point that King is living in his own hell where death (the end of existence on multiple levels, loss of life, loss of innocence, loss of inner-child and etc) is constantly on his mind and permeates his stories.
But in the tweet King asks what if the dead started tweeting and Jim jokingly calls out his old age and supernatural disposition by asking if King himself is in fact a dead person tweeting.
I'm on a world-wide message board for people interested in writing and none of you fuckers could decipher a gotdam tweet smdh senpai amirit crying smile emoji serious emoji ::rolls eyes::
Imagine punching somebody so hard that they turned into a door. Then you found out that’s where ALL doors come from, and you got initiated into a murder club that makes doors. The stronger you punch, the better the door. So there are like super strong murderers who punch people into Venetian doors and shit.
