/lit/ any tips for reading/concentrating in loud areas? Since

OP I had this same problem and I had to switch colleges. Most people literally don't notice it, some enjoy it. Your grades are going to slip and your brain will always subconsciously associate loud noises with reading, whereas it should associate silence with reading.

Put on earphones and listen to some Beethoven.

Really though, it's just to block out the outside noise. If someone hasn't already appreciated Beethoven before using it as background noise, then they should kill themselves.
