This poem gets me. Years passed since I last saw her, and I'm okay now, but every time I read it I can feel it. The image of her face, the scent of her hair, remembering the first time I saw her and fell completely in love like never before. I can actually see me there, standing in front of the next woman that's going to make me feel like I know her since time immemorial, smiling and trying not to think of her, not to let the memories steal the moment.
