Oh where
Ohhh where is it
I need it
I want it
But I can't find it

Oh I will find it
Yes
That's all I'll do
I'll find it
And I'll find me
And I'll chew it
And I'll eat it
Yes I'll eat it
All day long
All night long
Forever and ever and ever
But I'll need to find it first
But it's ok
If I can't find it
I'll just go and buy another one
Because I got money.

Coffee break

I love breaks
Yes I do love breaks
I love them and I love them yes I love breaks
And I love coffee
And Iove smoking
Because that albeit briefly
Advances me to a tranquil subtraction
Oh those subtractions
The beloved omission
The harmless drug
Away from my cruel enemy
The heartless suffering
Sleeping for revenge.

A statue

You will not miss it
But I wonder sometimes
If anyone else has looked at it as closely as I have
Since many a year
The dreamlike statue
Has enthralled me
Answered me
Never questioned me
Never doubted my answers
Never judged me
Never scrutinised me

I'm grateful to this statue
I would've thanked it even
in one of my moments
Since it taught me something
Which is very important
It's called love
It can be quite complex sometimes
Especially on it's dying moments
Love is hard to describe
And needs much luck to find
For me the statue is where I fouund it
And now the statue is the only thing I love.

Some say
To truly understand a piece of poetry
You have to read it
One hundred times
But not aloud
Never aloud

Anyone else is trying to lucid dream to live out their favorite books? If you have already tell me about it. I keep trying to do it, but when I enter the sleep paralysis phase I freak out and I break the spell by focusing on my body parts to escape and run as fast as I can.

i want to do this just so I can fuck the tits of the redhead that sits in front of me in my CS class
>>
>>9965389
If you get too excited you'll break the spell. Here's how you do it: Stay in your bed in a reclined position as not to swallow your own spit, and keep still. DO NOT MOVE ONE BIT. You can not even move a pinky, you can breathe but your body does not naturally. After a while your body will go cold and you will enter sleep paralysis, close your eyes less you be a real nigga and face your fears. After that you will lucid dream, just take it slow.

Is it an epic read?

This is a thread to discuss the amount of shitty " girl book covers " that appear. My least favorite so far are the ones with the hot fucking guys. Fuck I don't want to turn gay. PLEASE GOD! PLEASE! It's just so hard to turn off the offer to suck on their hard nips.

Anyone else here have superiority complex around certain people? I can already tell about everyone does, but does anyone really got a good reason? For me when I do it it's for people that act like retards, I underestimate them so I reject any statements they make as false. Which is retarded of me.

For your time to actually reading this thread take a photo of my cousin Diabitos.

If you have a superiority complex it's because you're using it to conceal feelings of inadequacy

It's just a phase son. It happens to a lot of us.

examples of authors that were really good that weren't all that amazing at, or didn't put much focus on poeticism/musicality/style?

pic related, in my opinion, because though he has clear, clean prose, it isn't a perfectly sculpted as the stuff of Joyce or even many lesser writers, like, say, Nabokov. Dostoevsky I think is another example

Well, it's hard to say with a writer in translation. Nabokov and some other Russians have noted that Tolstoy actually did have a certain rhythm in his native language, but that it goes a bit missing in English. Nonetheless, you're right to say that his prose is basically plain.

IMO, he's probably the best example of how ">reading for the prose" is a goddamn meme. Prose has always been a tool to do cool things with, and even the best prose stylists ultimately had great content.
>>
Well, it's a good thing you've read Tolstoy and Dostoevsky in Russian so you're qualified to have this opinion, OP.

I rest easy in the fact that with such a faggy feminine way of speaking, I could easily beat the shit out of you and cuck you in real life. also, I think it's relatively well accepted that these guys weren't exactly stylistic gods

I would like to find a book with not that much magic. Something with magic being a rare thing to be used, a bit like lotr. Because storys that seem to have too much magic used get a bit boaring.
Suggestions?
