I've read it methodically twice or thrice. First in 2010 when I studied philosophy and again a couple of years ago.

I don't know if it was just the translation but I felt like there was something transcendent and sublime about prometheus bound, if you like the occult you'll love it.
I wouldn't recommend it for your first greek play though, just stick with the standard sophocles or euripides.
