Are there any "diet supplements" out there that work well? Pic related on amazon has nothing but positive reviews. If one was to take something like this would it make later medical grade hormones less effective?

So, you're saying all the reviews are shills?

There is no way to emulate legitimate HRT with herbs/over-the-counter items. Don't bother with this stuff.

Well, i'm not ready to go full HRT. So i was thinking if this stuff had a small effect i might like that. Slightly bigger chest would be nice.

I've been taking this random fucking blend of plants for two weeks and I can already feel my vagina growing in! wow!
I... uh... use topical estriol.
But I'm not mtf and I broke my only pair of girlpants the last time I wore them out.
I wouldn't bother with anything herbal or "homeopathic" (red flag right away). I'm somewhat unsure that my "bioidentical" shit does what I want it to, and it certainly wouldn't do what you'd want it to without HRT.

Before I got on HRT I drank a lot of spearmint tea. It is purported to have anti-androgenic qualities and to aid in lowering testosterone levels in some women with hirsutism. It's mostly speculation though so don't expect results like you would from spiro/cypro and E.

if you're retarded enough to fall for the placebo effect, go ahead and buy it

I've been using the exactly same product for one week. And already my legs became feminized after just one day. I got a huge thigh gap where I can put my fist. Everyone looks down my legs. But, still no breast growth except darkened nipples. And strangely, my chest muscles have been developed.
