cardio mainly
run a few miles every day
a few sets of 40 burpees a day
5+ minute of planks
loosely try to do between 100 and 200 pushups per day

probably quite measly compared to someone serious about exercising but even this is hard because im lazy as shit

I failed at lifting last year, and I'm at one week of doing it again this year. This also includes eating to gain weight and watching my macros.

Twink/Otter borderline has served me well but I'd like to change. I want to make it.

Walk about 1-3 hours most days, run 30 minutes every other, and cycle 30 minutes most days between spring-fall.

Various body/free-weight exercises 3ish days weekly.

Hardly in shape, but getting shapely, maybe?

I lost three stone in the last year, down from 10.5 to 7.5 stone :) did it mostly through diet, but the last couple of months I've started exercising more. I'm starting to see results, feels good.
