Brow is obvious imo. Thinking about growing my hair out more over my face to cover it so I can avoid surgery.

Stubble was one I expected; haven't shaved since like yesterday morning. Plans to lazer in the works.

Upper lip can be solved with makeup. I'll keep it in mind down the road.

I also have a bad adam's apple. I can hide it decently well, but I'm considering surgery regardless. Lighting ftw.

The eye issue will deal with its self over time on HRT. But moisturizing, toner, concealer, and foundation routine can do it now if you like.

your face will improve over time with HRT as fat and whatnot gets redistributed. Though after a certain amount of time you will see no improvement. Then surgery is your option.

I wouldn't consider surgery until you have exhausted less extreme options, but it can be considered later on.

Your hair isn't bad, just wash it daily because
from the look of it, it seems it gets oily fast.
Though make sure if you are staying in one night to leave your hair untreated, to give the natural oils a chance to repair and strengthen it.
If you over treat it, it will become frail and start to fall out under minimal force.

Take my advise with a massive handful of salt, because I am a straight cis male.

Every other day do a three wash cycle.
So you wanna Shampoo, massage it in through your hair. Rinse it out properly then apply conditioner. Massage it in and let it sit for a minute or two. Make sure you rinse it out properly because if you don't it will leave your hair in clumps.

Then repeat the shampoo again and rinse properly.

Oh by the way, you mentioned your skin is dry. So when you choose a toner make sure you get one without a alcohol content in it, because that will further dry it out.

I use a Witch Hazel extract with a 14% alcohol content because my skin gets crazy oily.

Also with the hair, you don't need to conditioner your hair every day. Shampoo is fine, your hair isn't that long.

I used to have very bad acne scars, but HRT has really cleared those up in addition to just lessening the amount of acne I get, period. And this is with me washing my face LESS religiously than I did pre-HRT. There's still some blemishes near the edge of my face, but they're light enough that my camera doesn't really pick them up.

I'm pretty much 100% white even if the pic doesn't show. Native American great grandmother but that's only 6% of my DNA or whatever.
