Do yoga, seriously, it helps. Not only do I get to actually feel like one of the girls during a session, it's also kinda helped me to accept my faggotry and relax a little more. What it won't do is stop you from being a huge faggot. Yoga has also helped me to stick to my diet and drop over 40 lbs.
