do something artistic or creative to vent your negative emotions, curl up in a blanket (maybe with some tea) and watch something that makes you happy.
oh anon you didn't really think you'd actually turn into a girl did you? don't you know you needed to start when you were younger? don't you know about the suicide and depression of mtfs who made the same mistake you did?
Just relax, i'm sure you like fine, you might not pass right now but it doesn't matter as long as you feel better mentally.
Don't try to find reasons to hate your body constantly, just look ahead and think about who you want to be not who you think you are now.
