So i once had a manic episode and told one of my friends i was a tranny. Ofcourse, after i was hospitalized a week later and given meds i realized it was just mania. I told this to my friends and i thought he believed me. But now i think hes gay and os trying to get with me

I went with him to berlin to have a nice weekend and we have one room so it's cheaper. He is pulling gay shit on me all the three days we been here and idk what to do. I think that he still thinks nks im mtf and believes its okto fucking touch me amd shit. I punched him when he touched my ass but he started laughing and saying im taking jokes too seriously. He was feeling me up.

How the fuck do i tell him to fuck off without loosing him as a friend.
