Is she right? She wanted to use the cream because the laser had me crying a little by the time she finished. I don't understand how numbing agents could reduce the effectiveness but my face looks less red than normal afterward this time.
Thoughts?

I don't know why I was crying, really. My eyes were leaking a lot is all. Dunno how to prevent that. Still sat through it and told her to do a second pass.
