where DO people get stuff like facial fem surgery? Is it done after years and years of psych gates in your own country, or do people just shell out the cash and go to asia?

i think there are a handful of clinics in the US, and people sometimes travel hundreds of miles or more (or sometimes out of the country) depending on the surgeon's specialties and other factors

luckily I planned for my growth, I bound my chest when I was younger around 11-12 so it wouldn't grow as large, only thing I couldn't do anything about was my shoulders, which kind of sucks but certain clothes can obscure your shoulders and make them less noticeable so it's not too bad, I knew a girl when I was in highschool that had really wide shoulders so I would ask her for tips on shoulders and stuff
