I've been working out for a few weeks without
any reason. I think I wanted to shove the fem
side down and try be as masc as possible, but
I'm looking at myself in the mirror and I can't
stand to see the muscles shaping my body.
I look to masculine now, rather than the soft,
slightly rounded shape I had before.
My questions, how long does it take to lose
muscle mass gained, and how long will I gain
the weight back that I lost from working out?
I miss myself.
