I guess I kinda know the feeling. My family is Albanian, but I've lived in Denmark all my life though.

So I have this contrast between living in a really gay-friendly country, while having parents who are kinda conservative. They're not religious at all, but they have mixed feelings when it comes to gays because of the environment they grew up in.
