Why is it that people with body dysmorphia are discouraged from getting plastic surgery as it is believed to feed their addiction and decrease their overall mental health but trans are exempt from cosmetic surgery addictions?
Is there research demonstrating a direct effect on the suicide rate by cosmetic surgery (having it or not, or having a lot of it) for trans?

Because Gender DysPHORIA and Body DysMORPHIA are two completely different conditions. Gender Dysphoria is alleviated by allowing the patient to transition. Body Dysmorphia is not alleviated by allowing the patient to modify their body.

Same here, but my life actually has gotten easier. Where I was once a KHHV beta, I'm now a cute non-KHHV girl with a great boyfriend. People also treat me nicer in general.
It's often said that you aren't taken seriously anymore, but it's not like I was taken seriously before transition. Overall a net positive in quality of life.

The worst nightmare of any tranny is to acknowledge that after FFS, laser hair removal, HRT, she will still have an uncanny face with expanded facial planes. Look at the girl in the upper left corner. She has an incredibly square jaw, and yet, she in unambiguously female. Why? Because her facial planes are compact, because she has a female archetype and because her scale is female. You can just tell she is a woman. Now, if you consult any book of anatomy, forensic anthropology, you will clearly see that men (and you trannies are men, make no mistake) have expanded facial planes with a completely different scale. No matter how early you start HRT, your facial planes will be immense.
Then, why FFS doctors charge 60k? Why?
